Anna Hansen has printmaker for nearly a decade, and for the last several years she and her partners…read morein crime (Jennifer Vitangeli; Bo and Tia Brady) have been providing us customers with nature and pop-culture-inspired designs (my personal fave being their Star Wars and Harry Potter riffs). Each piece is printed from a hand carved block on a VERY old-school, hand-cranked printing press (see my video for a snippet from Craft Lake City 2018) utilizing linoleum block carvings. And, of course, many of their designs are hexagonal in shape! They are mobile printmakers, so they're "on-the-road" a lot. Good for Utahans (and those in Maui ... can you blame them for setting up a second operation there?) they're always at local farmer's markets, craft fairs, and cool local events of all types. The best part, at least IMHO, is they can print it on anything that can go through a press: Paper, fabric, etc. Also: Don't sleep on their pre-existing items for sale: They make some stellar, leather bound journals with think, ink-sucking paper. My recommendation is to watch their FB page or Instagram to see where they'll be ... bring whatever you want printed, and see (what looks like) a semi-painstaking process of pressing designs on your stuff. They'll definitely put a hex on you, but in a good way! :)
