The entire interior is decorated with stunning crystal displays, metaphysical items, and plants that are all for sale. The offerings range through the entire alphabet A-Z in crystals, rocks, and gems. There are large display pieces all the way down to mini figurines, towers, bowls, dishes, and much more. Meadow, who owns the shop is frequently there to help guests and customers. She is a jeweler herself and makes the most beautifully wrapped necklaces, rings, and gem bracelets. You can tap to pay, pay by card, cash or use venmo. You can sign up for a rewards system $1 = 1pt which adds up pretty quickly given a majority of items are priced at market rate or slightly higher. The shops instagram page is kept up to date and is very educational, showing the large variety of products available, not to mention very aesthetically pleasing. frequently meadow, the owner, does an Instagram live and allows for bidding on products. It's first come first serve and you must pay within 24 hours. However the products offered are exceptional and resizing is available for any Jordan pieces. I may not be as into Crystal shops as the next person, but I can definitely appreciate when someone has mastered their craft. Meadow you have done a fantastic job! The ring was stunning, except for the fact that it had the wrong stones! We specified black diamonds and rubies, but instead received blue and orange stones. I immediately contacted Wade and he responded promptly, saying that they would make the correct ring and to hold onto the wrong one until we received the new one. Two months later and we hadn't heard a thing nor received the ring. My husband emailed, no response after over a week. He called and talked to Wade who didn't remember the order, not an issue as I'm sure they have a lot of clients and you can't remember everyone. But we still heard nothing even after he said he'd look into it. I finally emailed again and got a response saying they switched stone setters and the ring should be started shortly. Another month and we finally received the correct ring! My husband loves it; I just wish it had been made correctly the first time, and that it didn't take so long to get a second one done with the correct stones.

Then, when the ring was completed, I noticed that the engraving inside the ring was gone. When I asked about it, they told me I should have requested it to be preserved, which I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED TO DO. As we discussed the issue in the store, an older man that may have been the manager piped up and told me to take the ring somewhere else and pay about the same amount to get it re-engraved. One of his coworkers, who was clearly embarrassed by his statement, pulled me aside and said she would look into it and try to help me. She did not. Absolutely incompetent help from multiple employees, misquoted prices, damaged property, and dishonest business practices. Not a great experience that I will never repeat with this establishment.
