When I asked about it, I was told it was normal. A few months later, I lost a diamond from the band where one of those thin prongs was. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fast Fix. Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new! Aaron switched the 3 quality Sapphires for very poor quality. They admitted they get their own Sapphires from Montana and facet them, which means they cut the stones themselves. Which only proves that they will facet poor quality Sapphire stones, and than switch them when they see quality ones. I could tell they had been switched because the middle one was a little bit of a different color and when I picked up the necklace they were all the same color. Do not trust this store. In my experience when a company starts change their name it normally is because they are not a good company, and I know for a fact this company is bad.
