How much do I love stationary, wrapping paper, ink stamps an envelopes? So much. It is real and it is deep. When I gasped and exclaimed "WOW, look how MANY colors they have in A6 envelopes," my husband looked at me wide eyed with wonder(I hope it was wonder and not fear at least). I then regaled him with tales of how the A6 envelope is the PERFECT size for DIY photo invitations. Yes. I love this kind of stuff. You can find gorgeous greeting cards here for all occasions here. You can find the perfect wedding invitations. They have wrapping paper, business cards, stationary and photo albums for all occasions. They have knick knacks, gifts and doodads. The atmosphere here is unique, crafty and maybe even boutiquey. They do have a small sale section here. But I will say that low prices are something you're not likely to find here.

This place is the bomb diggity!! For those of you who don't know what that means, click this link: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Bomb+diggity. Any-who, I stopped in here to kill some time. It was the best time killing moment ever!! They have tons, I mean TONS of paper products. You could get lost in the creativity. They also custom make cards, wedding, save the dates, party, etc. The best part though, were the cards, they were hilarious. I was tempted to buy some and just wait for the perfect occasion to go give them out. Next time I'm out there I'm going to do just that. I love unique cards.

I'm 60, a painter with a BFA from SAIC, have been an artist for 40+ years. I came to this store to…read morere-up my entire palette of Golden fluid acrylics and maybe pick up some of the new OPEN acrylics while I was at it. We were first stopped just inside the door by one friendly associate who welcomed/greeted us and recited a long menu of store specials and their back to school sale, and if we need help she's right over there at the counter for us. We were like, ok, got it, thanks! I knew what I needed and just wanted to see the colors I was buying in person, so I start shopping. Less than a minute later here's another associate, another WELCOME here's ALL our sales and our BACK TO SCHOOL SALE and if you need ANYTHING we're right over HERE by the counter! Okay, I said, thank you, that's great. I smiled and again I tried to start shopping. Another thirty seconds and here's another associate who gives me, AGAIN, the welcome/sales sales sales/we're over HERE by the cash register if you need anything! (Where ELSE am I going to go look for assistance? The deli next door at Whole Foods?) Unable to concentrate on selecting my paints, I went to give my husband the three things I had managed to pick up and was stopped by another associate who gave us both the same sales speech AGAIN. It was as though the entire shift was actively preventing me from finding the materials I was there, cash in pocket, struggling to buy. Yes, I did start getting terse and snippy when I was just repeatedly approached with the very same canned spam sales pitch by multiple ridiculously aggressive associates, because it was incredibly annoying. Maybe they thought I was shoplifting? One associate who had already given us the sales speech and apparently taken offense at my manner then approached me when I was by myself (of course) still trying to look at the Goldens. In a voice dripping with contempt, they slowly and deliberately gave me the same speech yet again. That's not creepy or confrontational, is it. Refusing to make eye contact with them, I squinted at the tube in my hands and said again, great, thanks, got it. We were in the store for maybe five minutes, seriously, for all of that. The contemptuous confrontational person came to the door while I was outside waiting for my husband, and stood with phone in hand, watching me with a little smile, seemingly texting. So on top of all that I'm sure I'm the new Karen on some sad social media site somewhere. And then we drove to the Schaumburg Blick, which is awesome with associates who are allowed to speak normally to customers and let them shop, and I bought all the rest of my paint there.

Still a great store, but uh. Guys, update your voicemail! "As we head into Covid lockdown..." Not…read moretimely!

When the screens were brought back to my house with a new screaming, the screen doors would not slide. The installer was going to leave the doors not sliding. Before they remove them to rescreen, they worked properly Then he accused me of not wanting the doors cut down and I corrected him that I was only inquiring what they were gonna do to the doors when I received the proposal, I never said not to do what they suggested on the propos . He took the two doors back to Store and I went to look at my ring camera after he left, and I heard him yell yelling talking to himself and he called me a bitch. I contacted the store and asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman who answered the phone said well you can only talk to me. He said I'm the only one here. I asked again to speak to the manager. I got the same reply I asked a third time to speak with the manager and he said well I'm the owner. Why did he just not identify himself as the owner to begin with? What's up with ? I explained what happened when they came out to reinstall the fixed doors and they would not work and I also described what I saw on my ring camera of him calling me a bitch. The owner stated "Oh Gerry would never call a customer a name ". Really it's on my ring camera. ? They ended up replacing the rollers on the door and that was an additional $68. I told him I did not want Gerry coming back out to install the doors. Another gentleman brought them out to install, he had a Carlson truck, but no supplies like a screwdriver and WD-40 that he asked to borrow from me. I also noticed that there were scratches on the aluminum part of the screen doors that weren't there when they originally took them, but I didn't wanna deal with Carlson anymore so I spent the money purchasing spray paint to cover the scratches they made on the the metal frame. I would not recommend this business to anyone! They don't want to take any accountability for the work they say they're going to do. They don't have their own supplies. You will be probably called some nasty name. Check your ring camera. And what kind of owner does not want to identify himself as the owner when you ask to speak with a manager?
