We really needed a site upgrade and Paperstreet intiially attracted our attention for the clean look of their template designs. After getting to know more about their services, we found they offered logo design, content writing, search engine optimization and much more. Absent sales pressure, but with their expertise, we chose to contract for some other services we found needing our attention.
The Paperstreet team provided many site template options to meet our specific audience needs. We liked most all of the templates, but had our own ideas and habits (baggage). Customizing site template design often comes with fees and system limitiations. Paperstreet had one flat rate that included site customization, allowing us time for consideration of our requested designs, and re-writes. When needed, they combine the best of varied designs so we had almost zero limitations on what we hoped to achieve in a technical sense. They enhanced our website content with industry terms for SEO, but without being cliche or exaggerating our capabilities. They gave us stock photo credits, and reformated our own images. They created a perfect blog view for our site visitors, and always had a positive idea to resolve our minor design requests.
On the administrative end, the ability to add/remove/edit content is extremely easy. Paperstreet is quick to offer inclusive technical help when a design feature is not offered to the admin-user for edit. I presume because they are customer service driven, if a design feature is too complex for admin-users to readily change, they prefer to make the change properly and not burden the admin-user with training or extra fees to get it done.
That approach solidified my rationale for choosing and recommending Paperstreet. Their price, service and quality exceeded both our demanding and whimsied partner and administrative expectations.
