So I took the sample polo. I was told I could pick them up in two days. I call before picking up the polo's and they do not have them ready. The 2 banners didn't stand up and fall forward when you try to stand them no matter what you do, after a month of use. We are tying them to a chair now to keep them up since they cost us almost $500 They made me 2 table covers for me, I asked them to make them black. The first one is dark enough that can pass as black, sort of. the second one was blue, dark but still very blue. This fellow Enrique wants us to bring him everything when we complained about it, pictures and videos don't suffice for him. They won't exchange or refund. So just beware. The job is okay, and they are responsive, but if your whole job is to print the color that your customer asks and you don't do it. I would say that's a failure.

The flyers we received did not match the PDF proof and were THE WRONG SIZE. Our flyers was sloppily cut and ruined with random printing from a completely different order on the margins. I have yet to receive a straight answer from ClubFlyers about our refund. They offered to have the flyers shipped back to recut the flyers and remove the defective margins, but we have already ordered replacement flyers from a different printing company because we no longer trust the quality or integrity of ClubFlyers' services. We can't wait for them to fix what should have been done right the first time. Since we already ordered replacement flyers from another company, we want a refund. I've sent repeated email requests asking about our refund and all I get is static.  I started this order in October. I can't believe I'm still dealing with it.
