She was super helpful when choosing the countertops (we went with quartzite) and hardwood coloring. We really appreciated her ability to maximize the storage in our kitchen. We previously had a soffit and cabinets that didn't go all the way to the ceiling so we missed out on valuable storage. We now have more storage than we need. The guy Gil, he has been working at this place for a good 20 years. He was very nice at first when the sales went down, obviously because he's a sales guy. When it came to actually picking up the tile i ordered, i was deceived, tricked, bamboozled, or whatever you want to call it. Please see the pictures uploaded. This is a classic "what i wanted vs what i actually received". What was on display is COMPLETELY different than the item we received. Gil and all the other employees were no help when I complained. When i first noticed, i went back as soon as possible and Gil was not there that day. His own coworkers told me this was not the first time a customer has experienced something like this and came back complaining about Gil lying or tricking customers (seems like they were sick of cleaning up Gil's messes). By the way, Gil told me he was the owner the first day I was there (probably so he can try to sell me more), so i thought he can help make things right. However, he lied about that too!! Turns out he is only the manager who didnt have much authority to even help out. I very much had a right to be angry and when i said i wanted to return it, they said theres a 25% restocking fee and kept pushing me to take store credit even though i bought everything i needed the first day i came here. Why would i want store credit when my remodel was pretty much complete? I ended up keeping the tile because my time was of the essence and i couldnt waste time returning it and buying from somewhere else. ALSO NOTE, I pretty much had to force them to take down the deceitful display tile because I didnt want anyone else to fall victim to their scam like I did. I will warn anyone and everyone about this place because it really was such a frustrating experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Do not come here!

Shiran discussed step by step the process of what to expect, estimated time frames, and answered any questions I had prior to signing a contract with Creative Design & Build. Shiran did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the entire process. In addition, Shiran was instrumental in assisting me in selecting the right colors and materials to help make my kitchen update vision come true. The Creative Design & Build Team were professional, on time, and were skilled hard workers. They kept dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned up at the end of each day. Review Update (2026)…read more I am updating my original 5-star review from a few years ago. At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

We went to Stone dynasty to choose a quartzite slab. We were quoted a certain price for two slabs…read moreand a different price for three slabs. We were told that we only needed two so we paid for those and immediately were told that we needed a third slab and they chose not to honor the rate for 3. Disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. We paid for them anyways. The main issue came in where we chose 3 slabs from a "batch" which all had the same numbers on them. I asked to make sure and were told that we were getting book matched slabs. Essentially, a left and right "shoe" that makes a pair so the fabricator can match veining properly when installing. When our fabricator showed up to pick up the slabs, they were sandwiched together so that they couldn't see the faces. Our fabricator also asked if they were book matched slabs to confirm before picking them up. SD Stone confirmed with the fabricator that they were book matched. So at this point: myself, the person with me, and the fabricator are all under the impression we are receiving book matched slabs. However, upon picking them up and arriving to the fabricators business, they found that they were not in fact book matched. Essentially, like the idea of coming home with 2 left shoes versus a left and right. We tried contacting the company and they insisted that both myself and the fabricator were informed correctly and that all sales are final and there was nothing they were willing to do. It was frustrating to deal with because it felt like both myself, the person with me, and the fabricator were being gaslit to believe that we were fully informed something that we were not. I'm sure they will respond here with their version of the story. Unfortunately, I personally would not recommend them after this experience.

These guys are scammers. Went in and picked out the color I wanted at end of April. They wrote up…read morethe paperwork and I paid for the piece to be cut. Followed up every week for 3 weeks asking when will my slab be available and was always given "soon". Got a call that it was available in mid-May and went to go get it picked up. Upon showing up, it was the wrong color and not the one I picked out in the shop. They made it my problem and said there is no refunds and the color I get is what I get as that is what was cut.
