I asked several questions that she could not answer and even though her voice remained the same with no attitude, she made several sarcastic unacceptable remarks in our conversations. She lead me on for several months stating that it was taking a long time for the policy to get corrected. I understand that they are new to the area, but this was not acceptable. She would not allow me to speak with Matt Collier, the actual agents. She always has an excuse for why this or that was not happening. I truly believe in fairness, honesty concerning the facts and transparency concerning the intentions. I have yet to receive any of the above.
