For those just starting the solar journey, there's a lot of communication that happens between the solar company and your utility company. Jesse and his team handle ALL of it. You just sit back and let the magic happen. Once all the permits and paperwork are handled you are given your app login and you can track your production. In my view, this is an important detail that should have been explained more clearly during the sales and planning process so I could make a fully informed decision. Since raising this issue, I have also been frustrated by the communication. Responses to my emails have taken several days, and the issue still has not been fully resolved. When you are dealing with a major purchase like a solar system, timely communication and clear follow-up really matter. What has been most disappointing is that I still do not feel the standby charge issue has been properly addressed, and I have not seen much willingness to take responsibility for the lack of disclosure upfront. I understand that not every issue is simple to resolve, but I would have appreciated more ownership and a more proactive effort to work toward a fair solution. I believe Green Brilliance has an opportunity to do better by being more transparent about utility-related charges, especially for larger systems, and by improving responsiveness when customers raise concerns after installation. They will not help. My contract says that our system will be "monitored and maintained by Astrum" and they have in the past system went down I was notified and resolve promptly. I was told monitoring is the customer responsibly. Not per our contract, which they had to agree. If I did not know that in our contract, they would have done nothing. I am $700 electric bills and paying for solar. NOT GOOD!

I called a month ago and was told Massachusetts customers had a problem with checks but wait a week. I did. NO CHECK! * I called 10 days ago and was promised their "special finance group" would investigate and get back to me. Still no word, no promised call back, no check. * Called today, same story except a claim that the "special finance group" was backlogged but service rep promised she would message that special group again to get an answer. Regardless, this is two months, NO CHECK!

He came, tightened the screw, and replaced nothing not even testing the water worked. I spoke to him on a Friday night as a tenant complained the water was still not working and he promised to come out the next day at 4pm The next day he was incommunicado and then at 2pm told me he will not go. I think that's ok but: 1. You should not promise to come and give me time to find someone else since it's an emergency and someone needs water. I also drove an hour to meet him and he canceled on me. 2. Not testing something works or not is the fundamentals of fixing something. He came, tightened a screw and charged me 100. A plumber need to actually make sure it works... I think find someone else reliable. I rather deal with a less friendly guy who fixes stuff.

We had the water back on quickly and his work was excellent. He also cleaned up after he was done and did a really fine job. We will use his services again. It was a really good experience during a very trying time.
