I love my new windows. No complaints about the product at all. Most of the people I worked with were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the communication is really bad. They don't tell you everything and some things you find out when it happens. The only thing that is an exception is the inspector whom they can't predict when exactly they will arrive. However now that the inspection passed I was told I would get a call to schedule finishing the installation. Parts I should mention I almost threw out. No one said I had to keep them for after the inspection. I was told I would get a call to schedule the completion a week ago. I've called three times. Once last week, I had to leave a voicemail. No response. I called this morning and was told I would get a call fro the woman that schedules services. I didn't hear by the afternoon so I called again when I was then told she was sick and would call tomorrow. I was pretty upset and unsuccessfully let her know about my lack of trust that I will get a call tomorrow. I was feeling put off. she told me during the first call she was new. I would suggest some customer service training. She did not attempt to reassure me but to try to match my level of being upset. which she did own when I told her to check her tone. She cut me off and things deteriorated. As I said I love the windows. if you chose this company I would suggest asking a lot of questions otherwise the communication about what to expect will not happen. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Please believe me when I tell you to avoid this company at all costs. I had windows installed with them in 2020. Everything seemed ok at the time, until I have recently discovered, after a lot of testing, that the installed double window in the front of my home has been leaking down the side of the window framing for the last six years. When the rain hits the window pain and runs down into the track the water funnels directly into my CBC and makes its way into my interior wall. Due to it only presenting a problem when the rain is hard enough to hit the window pain, as I have a slight overhead over the window, it has gone undetected for all these years. I had no clue until my baseboards began to peel away and the drywall became soft in the area. In order to plug the leak the windows need to be disassembled as the water seeps in underneath the install. I have no way to fix it myself. Frustrating but at least I can call them and speak to them regarding their "Lifetime Warranty" that comes with the windows. Wouldn't you know, the warranty doesn't cover the window installation because it occurred 6 years ago, but they can come out for $600 to assess the windows that were incorrectly installed. They offered no other solution or help in the matter. I am disgusted with this company and read some negative reviews prior to going with them but figured it was just a few bad apples, big regret. Please take my advice and find a better company that has integrity and values their customers. These people do not. And if you do make the mistake to call them do not fall for their lame sales pitch where they will throw you some large initial quote but will be willing to "talk to their manager" to work with you on a better price. Its all BS and a scam. That should have been my first sign that this place has no values. read more

AWFUL COMPANY AND OWNERSHIP. I trusted this company with a major investment in my home, and less than a year after installation my roof was already leaking excessively. When I reached out for help, I was met with silence and patches that didn't work. Calls and requests were ignored, their warranty is meaningless and getting any meaningful response felt impossible. The fine print in their contract requires disputes to be handled in West Palm Beach, which is designed to make it difficult and expensive for customers to stand up for themselves in court. UPDATE: I have to change my review to 1 star. I received a notice in the mail from ES Windows (who Paradise used to get my windows and doors) saying that they will be applying for a lien on my home due to Paradise not paying them for materials. Paradise has been paid in full by me; however, they failed to pay their supplier. I have called Paradise and emailed Paradise. They have acknowledged the notice of lien by phone (but not in writing via email). It has been 3 days and they have not provided me a resolution. I will have to pay ES Windows out-of-pocket and file a lawsuit against Paradise. ORIGINAL: I spoke with three companies before deciding to go with Paradise. Every company makes you negotiate the pricing, which is just part of the business model in this industry. So don't accept the first quote. Paradise was not the lowest price initially, but we eventually got there after some back and forth. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Once signing with them, they were super communicate along the way, keeping me up to date with permitting, ordering, receiving, and installation. On installation day, they were relatively quick and professional. A few days later the inspector came out and said it was one of the better jobs he's seen (that was reassuring). A few days later there was a minor issue with one of the windows getting a little firm when sliding, so they sent someone out and had it repaired without any hesitation or additional fees. The one thing we did not discuss during the ordering process that I overlooked was the type of handle for the sliding doors. While happy with what was ultimately given, just something to note when you have your appointment. I would recommend Paradise. read more

On September 16, 2025, I met with a Paradise Exteriors sales representative who first quoted me $113,000 for window and door replacement. After a few "calls with the owner," the price was lowered to $82,000 on the condition that I sign the contract and pay a $5,000 deposit that same evening. I was assured that under Florida law, I would have three business days to cancel without penalty. The following day, I emailed the sales representative to cancel. On the morning of September 19th, within the three-day cancellation window--I hand-delivered the signed Notice of Cancellation to their office. Mark Hildreth, Vice President of Operations, signed and misdated the document for September 20 instead of September 19, which would have made it appear I missed the deadline. When I later checked the form in my car, I noticed the incorrect date. I immediately returned to the office, where an employee tried to white out the error; I insisted on a new signature and correct date. Despite complying fully with Florida Statute §501.025, which requires refunds within ten business days of cancellation, Paradise Exteriors failed to return my $5,000 deposit. When I called, they said it was in review and they actually have 14 days. I reached out to the sales rep and asked to investigate it , I spoke to an employee at a booth they had set up and had him send a strong message back to the owner. None of that helped me get my deposit back, until October 15, 2025--more than three weeks later--I had an attorney send a certified letter. This is the absolute worst roofing company that we've ever worked with. We bought a home and needed a new roof. The Paradise sales rep comes over, inspects, and agrees to a price. We pay the deposit. They later call us after A MONTH later and stated that they undercharged us and now wants to double the price. Buyer beware DO NOT work with paradise roofing! I found the salesman Jonathan Duque to be a very aggressive with his numerous sales tactics over a 2 hour period while he was at my home. He came up with a price of $10, 591 for 3 panels of impact patio sliding doors for my porch. Then he came down to $9267 after saying there was a promotion that he supposedly wasn't aware of. I don't believe that at all. Then he asked me if I would accept $7000 if I signed right now. I repeatedly told him he was the first person I interviewed with and I was not about to make a final decision after only interviewing one person. He also recommended that I go with vinyl instead of aluminum. Then he asked me if I would accept $6000 but it would have to be a verbal offer. I had to tell him I had a doctor's appointment and needed to leave immediately. I had another person come by and he told me 99.9% of South Floridians choose aluminum. I also found out online that vinyl is cheaper than aluminum and has a higher profit margin! This guy appeared to be very pleasant but way too aggressive for me. Later spoke with Jared Wisner who apologized for everything and he did have a meeting with Jonathan regarding his aggressive behavior and it turned out that Jonathan wanted to leave anyway after he was told by Jared that he was going to need more training in order to continue being with the company. The technicians arrived on time but it was raining so they couldn't start working until 10:30 or so. They brought the windows up to my second floor condo and one was already broken!!! How does that even happen so easily on an impact window? They looked at me like it was normal and the manufacturer will replace the glass prior to the final inspection. They had to remove my plantation shutters and now they don't shut correctly. I have to lift up to close them. My windows are also not level and they won't lock unless I slam the window back down in place! One of my neighbors came over to look at their shoddy workmanship and he tested the windows as well and couldn't believe it! I waited for over 6 months to get these windows installed and one is cracked in multiple locations and they won't secure properly. I'm a Realtor and I could've referred them to multiple other people but that's not happening unless they come back to make things right! I wish I could post a video so you could see how the window has to be slammed down in order to lock! These are supposed to be top of the line for safety and security. Suddenly the price went down to $4500 but I'd need to give a 10% deposit that day, and allow them to take my picture with their sign for advertising. I'd also have to put a sign in my yard . I took the bait! . Guy took my check for $450 stating , " I won't deposit it . You can call me in 3 days after you get more estimates and , if needed, you can cancel by phone with no obligation ." I told him it had been difficult to get estimates and might need more than 3 days--- He then said 10 days to cancel . I trusted him and signed the dotted line. My foolishness for not reading it closely . Call the same salesman to cancel it on day 4 after signing . Suddenly, he can't help and I need to call the store. Two years of frustration - close to 6 figures spent and still not inspection signed off by the county. Local office Brittany stopped responding to my calls and emails and then I was transferred to Boynton Beach. After multiple phone calls to the installation manager (Eric) without any response what so ever - I have finally given up and will retain a lawyer to resolve these issues. The owner needs to assess the staff - Eric as a Manager is a joke - at least have the courtesy to return a phone call. Upon insistence, sales person came back with product which did not meet my needs. I rejected. Since that time, production manager has not once gotten back to me when he has promised; has had me chase him, and they have seemingly no solution; nor have they offered to return my significant deposit. According to WTSP (Channel 10- Tampa Bay) the wind speed of hurricane Ian in Sarasota-Bradenton, at 3:02 p.m. was 77 mph. Paradise Exteriors says that they could tell from the photos taken by their tech that the hurricane blew the window out because it wasn't locked and they are not responsible for acts of God. Although my window Installation was delayed... probably due to this year being a complete shitshow, I am VERY happy with the work performed. The crew worked in the rain and made sure they finished in one day. Covered everything plastic to keep dust off. My windows look amazing and passed inspection first time. While involved in a landscaping project at my parents residence we were introduced to David, a charismatic individual who happened to be assessing our area. He gave us tips on the potential of our property and informed us about a service that could potentially safeguard our home and help us save significant money moving forward. In 90 minutes he forwarded us Jay Mund, his co-worker which turned out to be the highlight of our day. Jay Mund is the personification of a 5 star sales representative. He arrived promptly at 4:30pm and immediately began a surgical breakdown of premium impact windows & doors. Within a few minutes we were informed about the history of his company and their efficiency. After a demonstration of heat penetrating the sample window frames Jay was able to show us the option of collapsing windows which enables better air flow and ventilation. Next Jay took measurements of the entire interior (downstairs) of our home. While we are very conservative financially (especially due to the pandemic), we were very intrigued with the offer that we were presented and look to aggressively explore our options moving forward. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. All of my questions were answered when I set up my initial meeting with Paradise Exteriors to get a new roof. Honestly, this is one of the biggest expenses I've ever had to contemplate when maintaining my home, and I was so nervous that I was making the wrong decision or that something would go wrong. BUT... everything went like clockwork... even better! I got the proper permit documents in no time at all and even got a phone call to let me know what was going on with the permitting process, since it sometimes tends to take a bit of time. I had questions about financing and other nuances of the process, and I was met with very competent staff who put me at ease. When the roof was finally installed (in a very reasonable amount of time), it took less than a week and a half, there was no garbage or mess left in my yard, and it did not impact my life whatsoever. To be honest, when I got the call that it was time to settle my balance, I was ready to let Paradise know that I wouldn't pay until the inspection was complete (I had issues with other companies in the past), but to my surprise, I was told that it had already passed inspection and the project was completely done. We immediately said it was too high. We really thought it was a joke. He was extremely pushy, aggressive, and wanted us to wait longer while he called the "owner" to negotiate on the price. He then came back and said if we put a sign out front and give good reviews, they could possibly discount the price for us by HALF. What?!?! We then realized it was all apart of their sales scheme to make you feel like you're getting a "deal" on their windows. If a company can drop the price by over HALF, they are ripping you off. I had a horrific experience - and damn near had to throw the guy out of my house after 3 hours of going into each room - and pressuring me into giving him 10% down payment RIGHT NOW. This company's sales method is so aggressive and dishonest. He is a liar and downright rude. He refused to measure my windows from the OUTSIDE, he insisted on going into each room with a house full of kids. He took forever - When it got down to money within 15 minutes, the cost dropped from $48,000 down to $18,000 after "negotiations" a couple fake texts and calls from his BOSS MR.CARLOS. He kept telling the boss I would sign today - even though I TOLD them and him- before the appointment - I had 2 more companies coming that Saturday. If they came to me with an honest quote early on, and not a crazy pressured pitch -- like other companies did, then they might have been in the running still ! Mike (sales rep) refused to take my hint of Ok - I've had enough - Ok, Just leave the quote - Where he flat out told me he doesn't leave quotes - I told him this was over and he needed to leave - he became very upset - and told me I DON'T DO THINGS THIS WAY. THERE IS NO QUOTE FOR ME TO LEAVE. THERE IS NO PAPERWORK, THERE IS NOTHING. YOUR FINAL PRICE IS BACK TO $48,000. He pretended to call Mr.Carlos again, and sat at my table and told me to wait for him to speak to him again... I again .. said YOU NEED TO LEAVE. He was very rude and down right horrible at the end. She actually thought she got a great deal, dropped them almost 25k -- little does she know- THIS same "scam" .... is their standard sales pitch. I can write a book as to why not to use them. so I decided to get straight to the point with bullet points. -Did not cover my couches with sheets to avoid the massive dust & glass was left on my couch- I cleaned up all the glass on floor after the widow busted-Nobody discussed the massive mess that occurs with installing-left indents & scrapes on my walls-broke & barred my alarm wiring-Put windows against my sons bed which lest scratches-no screens left upstairs if there were screens they were broken-had men come to fix locks 2 times-basically melted pieces installed-left caulking on walls & screens-head guy has poor communication-glue all over widows-never cleaned widows-damaged wall with a ladder-fingerprints left- NEVER USE!! read more

This company won't give you a quote without your spouse at the initial price meeting. I assume my spouse would also have to be in the home for the install to serve iced tea to the crew? What an antiquated business practice and a lost $35k+ job. I even told the employee confirming the appointment that no, my spouse would not be at the house. Yet they sent a sales person who required that a spouse be here. Waste of everyone's time. Shocking. Find a more progressive company. Wow! Such a low rated company! Now that the job is complete, it's time for an update: This started fine with the salesman promising great things. Initially the customer service was outstanding with constant status calls. Living in a condo, there were extra steps required which the company took charge of completing. As it was coming time for the installation, I received an unexpected nasty call from the owner demanding money. I knew immediately this couldn't be right so I returned the call and stated I hadn't had my install which was the next step in payment. He didn't have the decency to return my call but as I stated I was trying to coordinate with scheduler, he told her to apologize. Cowardly. The installation was scheduled for 3 days and soon changed to two then one. Really, 12 windows, 5 sliding panels and 2 exterior doors in one day? On arrival I asked the 3 man team if it really could be done in 1 day...NO but we'll shoot for 2. At the end of day 2, the exterior doors and 2 windows remain but day 3 arrives with a missing installer. In the end, it took 3 full days with 2 lasting past 6pm. I actually had to throw the guys out as I had dinner plans (at 7pm). The windows looked great but the grid pattern didn't match the development which was a condition stated to the salesman and should have been caught on the second pass through my HOA... the first pass was also the wrong with no grids at all (salesman fail) and the bedroom sliders were manufactured backwards. They knew the sliders were wrong and the these were reordered immediately. This reinstall followed about a month later with a rag-tag team of installers. The new windows took 3 months longer. For the record, the plan was to have everything complete by hurricane season and before the summer humidity stated and there would be holes in my home. The next round occurred in May. There were still multiple little thing which required 2 more service calls by "clean-up" guys. These guys happen to be childhood friends of the owner. I have to describe one as down-right creepy and rude with it feeling like "Mutt and Jeff" were in my home. On the last visit, 3 weeks ago, one of the last items was touch-up on some scratched paint on the screen door. I had told the scheduler (Zack) but the installer didn't have any white paint. He promised it would be mailed immediately for me to do my own touch-up. Threes weeks later and no word... but the final charge has hit. I had initially withheld 10% until completion where they normally require payment in full on installation. Thank goodness for this but it still didn't ensure a good job. I did find out the installers are subcontractors and not employees so I'm not sure what their incentive is to do good job the first time. Lastly, the exterior doors are supposed to seal, certainly better than the old with their gaps large enough for sunlight to come through and this week I came home to find a ribbon of ants parading through the lower edge. So much for the solid seal. Caution... I spent a lot of money for a tremendous amount of aggravation. read more

They may have or may not have a good product but I will never know due to their sales tactics. Based on the sales tactics I do not trust to do business with them. The person that came was nice enough but I just wanted a quote and I felt like I was stuck in a 2.5 hour timeshare pitch. They started at a high price. I said no They then reduced the price by half if I would refer friends. I said no They then faked a call to the manager. I said no Then the manager called back with a better price. I said no. When the price Kees changing like this its clear they tried to screw me royally on the first quote and thus I DO NOT TRUST THEM . Ironically, the person called the manager and it was clearly staged for me to hear even though it was not on speaker. I walked away and the person raised the volume so I could hear the manager. If the product and company were good they wouldn't need the dog and pony con show, they wouldn't need to ask 100 "yes" questions, they wouldn't need to stage phone calls and their prices should not keep changing so drastically based to customer hesitation.
