Dago's All Window Repair (family business Dago and two sons came) and they repaired the bedroom windows (that I never opened because I was afraid they would crack), repair the sliding door that I could never open, re-screen two windows (on site) and they did maintenance on the hurricane shutters (it is hurricane season!). I can happily say their work was excellent - it was ten stars, not 5 stars work, they were on time, they were courtesy and they a did a great clean up when done. Don't call them. Very unprofessional company. The owner called me yelling and screaming that I owed him money, after accusing me for several minutes, he realized he was talking to the wrong person. Very unorganized. The owner also sends workers but does not verify work. I hired them to fix windows that weren't operating, and instead of noticing the window lock being broken, they disregarded it. When I asked Dago if they didn't realize I had a broken lock, he said it was not something they went there to fix and charged me again another $60 for locks, when it should of been fixed the first time. Call them at your own risk, but I'll never call Dago again. Also make sure you get everything in writing, he doesn't do contracts, nor does he pickup the phone. So he might mix up you payments and say you never paid him. Be careful guys. read more

Easy five stars. My master bathroom's window got lodged, and a spray with WD-40 ended up just dropping the side beam out. I called Dago and explained the problem. Before getting a quote I added in my two kitchen indows that were overdue for spring repair or replacement. I got a fair quote. Dago arrived the next day on time with his assistant. The entire process was painless and took just about an hour. My only regret falls on my shoulders, as the per-window price drops after three. Dago window was an amazing experience. They reminded me of the old days when customer service was company's first priority. I called about 5 window repair companies. No one was available till after the New Year. I called Dago and the father answered and said he would call me right back to check their availability. (They are a family owned business). He called me right back and said they could be there in a few hours. They were there on time, gave me an extremely fair price and said they could start working right away. It was the 23 Dec. they worked the rest of the day and asked if they could come back tomorrow Christmas Eve. I said absolutely. They were there by 0830 and finished that day. They did such a great job that I asked him if they could do my mothers house. They said yes, and today they are doing my mothers house.
