We did and they said they can park anywhere on a street that doesn't have a no parking sign. As we were pulling out of our driveway we hit the united materials truck or trailer and yes it was an accident but yet it was still parked onto a street across my driveway as we were pulling out when we asked them to move the trailer/truck they told us to deal with it we're allowed to park wherever we want. The workers were very rude and not understanding that we are still paying on the truck and now we have to pay to get it fixed plus add on the monthly payment. Why is it we get stuck with the bill and the workers just get slaps on the wrists this is not OK. The workers were very rude and Adamant about not moving the truck we told him we were going to call the cops and their boss they came over they moved the truck so basically we called a hit-and-run but when the cop showed up they said it was a miscellaneous traffic accident it is not OK we are pissed that we have to pay the monthly payment plus the payment to get this truck fixed.

They never came to the door to verify where to dump it since they did not feel comfortable dumping it in the indoor. They also did not know if they were at the correct address. They wanted to charge us extra for them to go back into town for the driver to make a call to the office to verify the correct address. They said they called numerous times but they did not (why not leave a VM?). The owner will lie and come up for excuses as to why they did a poor job instead of trying to work with the customer. I told the owner to come get their product and they wanted to charge me money to load it though they caused an inconvenience. All could have been avoided if the driver just walked up to the house.

Five months…read moreand many, many unreturned emails, phone calls, texts, and registered letter later - no work done but he cashed our deposit check. Big Sky Concrete did not respond to Better Business Bureau. Had to hire a new contractor and he was great. Billed us throughout the process and only for work that had been completed. Painful lesson learned - never pay for work until it is done.

I even had to have a new line put in for me sewer and the excavator and digging that the other people did did not even match. Which he asked me for before they were even finished and with hesitation I paid asking when the clean up would be done. Two weeks later I got a very discouraging reaction as if I were an absolute inconvenience to them. BUT I PAID YOU!! Thanks for nothing.
