Paradise found is a massive gift shop and tourist shop located in pier park mall outlet in Panama City beach. Larger than your normal tourist trap shops and one you can actually find some decent prices at so you can get souvenirs in the form of shirts, bracelets, key chains, etc without braking the bank. On our most recent trip the babies got some pcb shirts and the older girls got some namesake jewelry and clothing items as well. Overall a pretty nice shop that is large and spacious. You can live around freely and not feel crowded. They also have a airbrush t shirt area in the back which excited my oldest daughter. read more

Sunday, May 19 we placed order for 5 tshirts! Was told it would be a couple days. We PAID $185.55! LOTS of non-communication, several trips to storefront while in Panama City (9 days) Mike gave us his Ph# for assistance because Jeff was NOT communicating! Mike promised Jeff would work on nothing but our shirts the night before we were to leave Panama City Beach Florida. We contacted Mike about our shirts before we left, he did nothing but tell us to contact Jeff who he knew would not respond to us. Mike promised if we didn't get our product we would get a check for $185.55 which is what we paid upfront for the shirts. today is June 19. We have still yet to receive our shirts or any response to text messages letting us know they're being shipped. We were ripped off $185.55! We highly advise you do NOT go through Jeff or Mike for any orders from this company. In fact, I don't even recommend going to this company. I have our bank statement showing they took the money out of our account the day the order was placed and we still don't have anything from them. no shirts. These were for our business advertisement and gifts for our grandchildren. Very unhappy with this company! Will NEVER see any orders from them again. We asked for simple, Jeff added extra, and asked for a couple of days to complete. That was on May 19, this is now June 19... We still have nothing and no communication. I have never been to a place with more rude workers in my life. Upon entering workers were on their phones and didn't greet and gave NASTY looks to those entering. Every person there had the biggest frown on their face. Was EXTREMELY rude and unapproachable. I am unsure how any business can survive with this many workers who are this unprofessional or unkind. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews because I know how they look and sound, however, I felt so inclined to leave a negative review here as these people treat other humans like trash and this negative review deserves to be seen by others, so that they know the extent. After deciding which shirt I wanted, I was picking out a shirt for my boyfriend when one of the workers came up to me with a frown on her face and asked what size I was looking for. I replied medium, since I was looking for a shirt for my boyfriend. She nastily replied that the shirts I was looking at were smalls (I had previously looked at smalls for myself. I folded the shirts to put them back but they weren't perfect). The worker then came and stood next to me and just glared. I felt so uncomfortable I walked away and immediately after I walked away, the worker snatched the 4-5 shirts I didn't perfectly fold and stomped away. She was so rude and nasty because I didn't PERFECTLY fold the shirts that I put back. I threw the 2 shirts that I was going to buy back on the shelf and walked out. I'd give the place zero stars if I could. Staff is rude, aisles are narrow. One of the kids in our group was carrying a t-shirt on a hanger that caught on a coffee mug and knocked it off the shelf. Staff approached her and said,"That'll be $9.99" or something to that affect. No excuse for trying to intimidate a 14-year-old. Talk to the parents instead. Don't be surprised when stuff breaks when aisles are so narrow and shelves are filled with breakable items. A store like this normally expects a certain amount of breakage. They seem to be the exception. There are plenty of other souvenir/T-shirt shops. Stay clear of this one This is an honest review by a real shopper. read more

I assume that one would be better off to avoid this place. Basic souvenirs shop but over priced , my issue was I played the Zultan fortune teller machine, it was only $1 , it was supposed to give me a card with my reading but the cards are apparently Jammed . I asked a lady folding a shirts , she said ask security-so I went to security -he did not look or acknowledged me at all he was looking at his phone the entire time & I said are you listening your not even acknowledging me ,he pointed and taped his ear & a girl who worked there said so you would like a card ? This store seemed nice at first... however, I was followed around creepily by employees while shopping with my kids. Signs were posted "you break you buy" but the isles were very narrow with glass stacked in the edge like they wanted you to break something! The staff started following us through the store the moment we walked in. We felt like criminals. The aisles were very narrow and merchandise overstocked. My son knocked a coffee mug off a shelf and it broke. A guy in a black shirt with security printed on it escorted me and my children to the manager where they demanded that I pay for the broken coffee mug. I asked her to inspect the shelf where it broke as the merchandise was overstocked to the point that the mugs were sitting half on half off the shelf. She refused and said she had worked there for four years and had never broken an item and said we were only in the store for five minutes. She declared that I must be drunk or something. At that point I refused to pay for the item and took my kids with me. I would have paid for the broken item had it been handled differently. Very rude staff. Recommend you avoid the place. read more

Was very disappointed in the way the employees treat customers. I was there with my daughter and her friend who are teenagers. They not only followed us around the store like we were gona steal something, they were very rude (and barely spoke english) when something got broke. I know they have signs around the store but u can't see them!!!! They are collapsed over and hidden behind objects. Very rude employees. Also, my friend bought a shirt,they charged him $25. I came a few hours later (because I saw his shirt and liked the printing) and they charged me $40. The merchandise isn't marked so apparently they judge and set a price based on how expensive your clothes look. I didn't ask them the price initially because it was exact same thing my friend paid $25 for earlier,so they thought they can overcharge me. They forced me to buy it because "it was printed special for me"! All the employees have strong accents or barely speak English ,and usually I'm no racist, but in this case seems like they came to our country and take advantage of us and rip us off. Homeland security needs to pay a visit to this store. Would be sad if these are all illegals treating us like this on our own land. read more

Unconditionally the worst store in PCB. I would like to ask all the "review readers" such as yourself not to spend a penny in this store and here's why.....My family was shopping in Pier Park during our vacation. My son (13 yrs old) and myself were across the street shopping and my wife and father was in this "Paradise Found" store. Me and my son came into the store to locate my wife and father. The place was packed unfortunately. As we walked down an isle two young ladies stopped to let us pass then they went the opposite way behind us when we heard a small glass fall behind us. I turned around to see what happened and a small shot glass was broken on the floor. I asked my son what happened to which he said he didn't know. I walked back towards the glass when a clerk came around the corner to inform me they have a "You break, You Pay" policy. Have you ever? What are these people? Nazi's? I informed her we did not break anything. (Keep in mind this little shot glass was priced @ $6.99 and was apparently placed "purse level" on the shelf.) Where any women with a purse could accidentally knock a few off since they were stacked to the edge. Coincidentally the two females behind us happened to have two huge purses or beach bags. Anyways after a lengthy argument my wife arrived on the scene and kindly payed the young pagan for her lose. To which I for one would not have.... Ever. So i retrieved my father and wife. They laid down any potential purchases (probably $50+ worth of shirts and hats) and left. I kindly ask you on behalf of my small donation to their ridiculous "store policy" not to shop there.
