Took a pair of work boots for exchange on 12/4/25 that were less than 30 days from purchase and had…read morethe box and receipt. I explained the soles were not slip resistant as well as the boors were not water proof as marked, both were a requirement for my job. The young man at the counter insisted on arguing with me about the specifics of the waterproof rating of the boot. I simply asked if he would honor the store's return policy at which time an unidentified female employee(possibly manager) approached me and started yelling and screaming at me regarding the boots. She continued to argue with me about waterproof and non-slip ratings while I explained to her I have only worn them a few times and had almost slipped several times and my feet got soaked during a slight rain. I also explained I've had several different pairs of work boots from the store all which met the requirements I needed for my job unlike the boots I wanted to exchange. I was eventually helped by another female employee and was able to exchange the boots. While checking out, the first female attempted to apologize for yelling at me and during that conversation once again started yelling and talking over me and was extremely rude. I was thoroughly embarrassed and humiliated and do not think I was treated with respect nor as a loyal customer. I'm not sure the name of the female employee that helped me exchange my boots, but she is a great addition to That Boot Store, the other 2 employees are horrible and very rude

That was when we came across the 30A Trading Co. 131 which was a huge store with so much to offer! At first glance, this store looked like several different stores as they had a number of different entrances. While we saw the items we would expect from magnets to shot glasses to fun toys resembling sea creatures to pool floaties, we were also surprised to see a number of items teasing the political landscape in the United States (not good or bad, but interesting). Those included toys of the president (a duck of Trump called "The Leader of the Pond" and Gulf of America '25 shirts cups, and hats. There were also random items that you could have forgotten on a trip and save yourself a trip to a convenience store. All in all, they really looked like they had everything! We later learned that this is considered a local surf shop and beach store with apparel and accessories for surfing and the beach along with many gift items. They have everything you need to go swimming. They have shirts, sunglasses, bikinis, bags, backpacks, hoodies, jackets, and activewear. Their accessories include trendy hats, practical bags and backpacks, chic sunglasses, innovative drinkware, and so much more. This store serves the Seacrest community along with nearby Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Inlet Beach. Their hours are 9 AM to 10 PM daily. Note that this discount doesn't work in the store, though there are many other promotions in the store. There is free shipping on an order of $70 or more. Also on their website, you can join their e-mail list and learn the story of Surf Style, now considered by some to be the leading beachwear and souvenir shopping destination in the southeast. Some of the in-store promotions included Buy 3, Get 1 Free items (which could be mixed and matched with similar items) and various sales. They also offer suntan lotion, floats, chairs and other non-souvenir items to ensure your beach days are good. Service was okay. Not bad, but not what I would consider friendly.
