Paradise Grills walked into it by accident, thinking it was a place I could eat and have a few beers ended up purchasing a bar and grill island for our back lanai. We didn't even know the sizes that I needed, but they have a tool that actually zoomed in to actually see the size that was needed for our lanai if you're in need for any outdoor grills this would be the place that I recommend the most that Grills have lifetime warranties. Customer Service was very friendly easy payment options. I would recommend going with the upgraded grill because it is a true 304 stainless I've been through so many grills that say they are stainless and a magnet will stick to them. This is definitely a better value better quality grill on the market. I don't leave many reviews, but this one I do need to leave because of the fact that I was only looking to go eat somewhere and I end up walking away with a full backyard full of barbecue island and a bar island. I worked with the store manager Scott in the store who was beyond patient and helpful. Having initially gone in there and reserved a grill while my wife was on a business trip she was not overly happy about me making a decision like this without her. However we went back to the store today, and she was able to make changes to (just about everything I had done) and get exactly what she wanted. When said like that it sounds easier than the actual time, layout and design changes we had to go through to get there. However Scott was patient, helpful, gave great advice, and was super knowledgeable on all the options and features they offer. This all came after having a horrible experience with a design company we worked with to have an outdoor kitchen built. So we were skeptical and cautious about finding another route to get an outdoor kitchen. now we feel like we are getting more value for our money. This review is for the sales and purchase experience. We visited the showroom at The Villages and met with Scotty, the salesman. Our sales experience was that he was not pushy and was knowledgeable on all the different product they offered. When we went back the next day, we met with Justin, the manager, who was also very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions since this is a big purchase. We went home to measure, and went back the next day and met with Scotty and Justin, and again, they were not at all pushy. They did make recommendations to us which we were grateful for. We ended up buying the 10 foot set up instead of a smaller one after remeasuring our space and this will fit perfectly. Our only criticism is that we did not know about the delivery and set up fee before we signed the contract. We have been quoted a 4 to 6 week delivery which is perfect for us. Avary Sentz sold me the unit and coordinated the components and costs. After seeing the unit in the gorgeous showroom, I measured the space that I have for it and it fits perfectly. I actually placed my order with Avary over the phone. I'm super happy with this unit. The grill can get extra hot which is great for searing plus on lower settings the surface temperature is very uniform. Easy to use and never messes up the food. We Went to Paradise Grills in the villages because our Pool contractor suggested them to us and we are very happy with the outcome. We have purchased the St Thomas 7 that was on some sort of a special extension of their Memorial Day sale that was pretty surprising a great deal compared to having the contractor friend build it my suggestion is to try paradise grills before you go with a over priced contractor you'll be super happy with the quality and price. read more
