The crew doing the install work for Goney's directly and were quite professional and courteous. The real benefit of going to Goney's is actually going to the nursery and being able to see what you were going to get installed. The staff at the nursery were very helpful about info about the plants. If you hire a landscaper with no nursery you do not know what you will be getting installed. Leroy, a manager, put my number in the system for me to be called the moment it was replaced. I decided to go to the store to double check whether the stove was still there and was greeted by the whole shown in the photo. A worker in appliances told me someone bought it and took it - an option I was told twice did not apply to me. Its disgusting policy is so random. I'll give my business to a local appliance store instead where I'll get actual customer service. Leroy is great but it didn't even matter he got involved.
