Such great service from MVP Appliance. Our 2-1/2 year old Whirlpool stove/oven mother board gave out and since the cost to repair was so expensive, we bought a replacement from MVP. No big box store was able to get a replacement for over 2 months. Jeremy and James were so personable and helpful and were able to have a new unit delivered in just a few weeks. A few weeks later our 3 year old Maytag washer gave out (most likely motherboard) and both Jeremy and James helped us again, recommending the same machine because they said it was the best. Our dishwasher broke the day before we left to go on Christmas vacation. Got back yesterday and found MVB Appliance on line. Went into their store today (29 Dec) talked to Sonny Rothwell (associate). He was very helpful with no pressure to purchase anything. Answered all questions we asked of him with no hesitation. We priced dishwashers at other establishments in the area, but the fact that the MVP services items that they sell and the prices were very comparable to other local establishments. Highly recommend, I visited the store and they didn't have any of the appliances I wanted in the store, but they instructed me to look online. I ordered online at good prices and when the appliances were received, they called to schedule installation. The installation team, Ross and his partner were conscientious and did a great job, they noted one of the appliances had scratches, we decided to have that piece replaced and today Keith came and installed the new replacement piece, again, great experience. I have a home in The Villages. My microwave broke while my son and grandsons were visiting. I called MVB and Jeffery answered the listened to my cry for help! Less than 16 hours later my problem was solved. The Service/Installer -Steven H. was at my front door by 9 am on Sat.. He was so knowledgeable, fast, efficient, polite and clean. Within maybe 15 - 20 minutes my new microwave was installed and all the packaging taken away. This was the best experience and so reasonable too. I found myself in need of a gas range. The two big box stores were well out of my price range, and I must mention how one of them got the entire oder for one wrong. I went to MVB in Leesburg. Everything went well, from saleman locating the one I wanted in Ocala to the delivery. They are feindly and most helpful.
