And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost. If a company can be this prompt and respective to new clients calling on a Sunday afternoon that they would end up not be getting business from that day, I can only believe that their actual work would be first-rate and I would not hesitate to connect with Orlando Appliance Repair for any related needs in the future.

He explained the problem and ordered a part. He scheduled an appointment to return the next day to complete the service call. The next day, he showed up on time and completed the repair. It's been a few days and the problem is fixed. I am not sure if the fee was reasonable. It's the first time I've had to repair an appliance in over 10 yrs. I am very satisfied with the results and the ease of the process.

Reached out on Yelp through the project section and messaged 6 placed. Big Mikes was the first to respond and had the appointment set within 20 mins. The service tech arrived on time, had the parts with him and was able to fix it on the spot. He was in and out within 10 mins. The diagnostic, parts and labor was around $230. According to Google, it can be anywhere between $150 and $350 so to me it was a good deal! Also, came with a 100 day warranty! Will def call again if needed. :)

Rescued! Our previously trusty 12-year-old refrigerator failed on an otherwise pleasant Monday…read moremorning a few weeks ago. Southeast Steel's team rescued us within 24 hours. After realizing that our old refrigerator had died, we searched Southeast Steel's site for adequate replacements and then called to inquire about availability of 3 options. Salesman John Maciejewski helped us decide our best final choice of the three, then told us that they had that model in stock, that it was on sale for a bit more then 1/3 off, and that they could deliver it next day. Early Tuesday morning Southeast Steel colleagues Alex and Carlos arrived with the new refrigerator. They carefully disconnected and removed the old one from its custom cabinetry home in our kitchen, picked it up and carried it out of our house (400+ pounds. strong guys!) So, no damage to wood floors or tiled front porch. Then they picked up the new one, carried it into our house, installed its power cord and water line, leveled it, aligned its double doors, rolled it into its new spot in our kitchen cabinetry, and gave us a few instructions for how to use it. Superb service! We are grateful to the Southeast Steel team for rescuing us. And the new refrigerator has been working splendidly for a couple weeks. Yay!

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by the owners who were really friendly and made my visit a wonderful experience. The patio furniture I purchased is absolutely stunning and the price was unbeatable. Unfortunately they don't deliver out to the Oviedo area but when I went to pick up the furniture a few days later, the furniture was protected and wrapped perfect for pickup. Fast track a year of service and I begin noticing changes in the cleaning (cleaning aid was no longer changing the garbage bags, instead of two people , only one person was coming to clean my home (it's supposed to be a team of two) and schedules became more difficult to coordinate. Apparently the main cleaning aid that I had built a rapport with had left SAB but no one bothered to mention it to me until I called out the cleaning Aid and asked what was going on. My contract was with SAB yet I never received any notice from them. I contacted them and they said they would look into it but never replied. When I followed up they referred me to their Miami division manager. I spoke with her and we scheduled a meeting to meet, it was a no show, they never came by. I followed up again and I was advised by the office manager that she would speak to the owner. Guess what happened next: again no call back, no follow up. Nothing. The only reason why I am not giving a one star review is because of the 1.5 years of cleaning service provided. What a disappointment.

SAB used to be great. We used them for a long time and never had issues. Then I had construction on…read moremy house so I had to stop service. When I started back up again, I had different people (apparently the girl i used before - Michelle - was no longer with the company) and they do a terrible job. 1. They used to clean my house for at least 2.5, usually 3 hours. I have a 4 BR 3.5 bath so this seems reasonable to me. The new people were done in 1-1.5 hours. This is completely unreasonable for a house of my size. See #3. 2. They used to charge me $85 every other week. When they started again after renovation, they charged me $130 for a "deep" clean and then $95 bi-weekly. They said they could not match the $85 that they used to offer me. Not to mention the "deep" clean was only 2 hours long and was the same exact cleaning as a normal cleaning. I inquired about this and they told me to make up for it they can offer another "deep" cleaning for the $95. So basically that did nothing since the "deep" cleaning was the same as the normal cleaning. 3. My house was NOT EVEN CLEAN. I literally took a white wash cloth to my shower when they said they were done and I filled the whole towel with soap scum and grime. It was like they didn't even touch it. I politely asked them to re clean it, which they did. While they were doing that I went downstairs to check their work and the stairs still had dirt and cat hair on them. The kitchen sink was not cleaned at all. The downstairs bathroom not even touched. The kitchen floor had crumbs and dirt still on it. They did not even mop the upstairs. Not to mention they left my door open downstairs for 20 minutes and I have noticed several bugs flying around. Needless to say I will be terminating the service and I would recommend avoiding SAB Cleaning.

All he did was press the start button and claimed I needed a motherboard. I told him that I have the $9 piece for him to install, and he refused. He ordered a motherboard anyway, but that was not the problem. He did not install the motherboard. Now he claims he ordered the wrong part (after swearing I was wrong and he was right) and wanted extra for a new part. I begged him to please replace the $9 hose fitting, as even Samsung states that it could be causing the problem. Again, he refused. He did not check the hoses, filters; he did NOTHING! He refused to give me my service fee back! I called him to work this out, and he hung up on me! He refuses to provide me with his manager's information so I can report him. He claims to own the company, but that is a lie too! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney. Mirleur Polynice is not nice! He is mean, a liar, and a licensed THIEF!
