I seen maintenance on different occasions walking the property and keeping it neat and tidy and would speak to you. Bridget was extremely helpful and easy to work with and did everything so I could get into an apartment in which I needed right away. She was very polite and concern that I was happy with my unit when I moved in that day and took time out of her schedule to come to my unit also that day to see if I was happy. She was very helpful when I asked her about telling me where certain business were at and where to go. I was very happy living at White River Mountain Apartments and would highly recommend that you check this property out. I will gladly move back to this property.

I've been here for 3 years now, and am overall satisfied. The staff is courteous and typically…read moreattentive. The swimming pool is nice with lots of seating, and there's a 24 hour gym available. Both require a magnetized key fob type thing to enter, which is nice for security purposes. Through the winter, they do a great job salting, clearing, and maintaining the sidewalks when we get snow or ice. They also have the parking lot cleared in a timely manner. They do well with maintenance as far as inside the units, and they keep the grounds fairly clean, however, there are sometimes things that don't get resolved (ex, there has been a hand railing out of the cement since the end of October 2022, and I was told an outside company was coming to repair it soon. That's been 4 months ago). Rent includes water, sewer, trash and internet. They also provide a washer and dryer in EACH unit, which comes in handy. The internet is fantastic, never have any problems with it. I will say, cable used to be included, but they cut the cable over a year ago, and then raised the rent (about 13%), and then the following lease renewal, raised the rent again (about 22%). I do think rent is a little high, but is overall worth it. They do patio decorating contests (which people LOVE), and they do "Get to Know Your Neighbors" gatherings atthe clubhouse every month or so (I've never been, as it's always during my work hours), with food, every month or 2. It's very quiet here, and the view of the mountains is perfect!

Most tenants seem stay for many years and tend to be more the within the quieter older age range, at least in our building. The units are spacious and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. They are always very quick with maintenance issues when they arise. The office staff and leasing agents have always been so helpful, kind and treat you like family. Most importantly, having raised our own two children here it always felt like a very safe environment year around. With the economy being as it is the rent just went up substantially but in my mind it's completely worth it compared to a lot of the other properties around Branson areas. Thank you to the Preserve for being a great place to call home.

Yes the floors were clean. The bathrooms are nasty dishes. Dirty are put back in the drawers. Not even close. Motel 6 would've been better clean wise. Not a good experience then they text me to help me clean my own stuff up and take the trash out before I leave. Imagine that one I might as well clean the shower take the hair off and get all the dirty dirt off the sink, which I will show you in pictures and you'll love. Do not stay here.

Dean at Branson Bank basically shrugged his shoulders and said there's nothing he can do, the payment was late. I have a friend who works at another bank and confirmed that there was something they could have done but it's a pain and it's easier just to ignore the dispute and let the credit companies clear it off. **UPDATE** My credit score was corrected. Changed my review stars from 1 to 3. Somehow our multiple conversations did not convey that the delay in payment was due to the buyer and was out of our control, but luckily it was clarified by my review/post and they realized a correction could be made to my credit.
