Perfect place for a family vacation! We had Rooms 432/432B (3 bedroom/3 bath) and it was perfect for our family of 9, stayed 6 days. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked as far and utensils, dishes, pots and pans, colander, can opener, toaster, coffee maker, cutting board and cookie sheets. We had kids ages 2, 5, 8, 10 and they loved everything about this resort. From the lake toys to all 3 pools, the games room and the playground. We only went into Branson once then spent the rest of the time at the resort. We kept commenting on how quiet it was and even though there were a lot of people you never felt crowded. Pizza World has fantastic pizza, coffee and ice cream. Everywhere we went it was so clean. I loved the communication by text about the weather and having to close pools and lake area for the safety of the visitors. Having a washer and dryer in the room was great, especially with little ones always spilling something on their clothes. The only negative things I can say was there was no sandy beach by the lake. Our grandkids would've loved that especially when walking into the lake. Bring water shoes because those rocks are sharp and are really hard to walk on. For the activities they are offer I wish it was listed on the paper where the activity was held at and the cost of each one. Also list on your website to bring paper products like paper towels, Kleenex and toilet paper (1 roll is in each bathroom), Food containers and plastic wrap. One last thing, would have been nice to have hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes up on. All in all I would highly recommend this place for a fun family vacation and we will definitely be back. read more

In our confirmation email, it states check-in is at 4pm which we arrived around that time. However, after waiting in line for 30 minutes, we were told our room was not ready. In the meantime, we were told we could take our 3 children to play on the playground. However, we traveled from Dallas and our 3 year old developed a fever 1/2 way into the drive, so playing on a playground was not in the cards for him. Our room was finally ready around 5. We reserved a 2 bedroom condo. The front room with windows facing the parking lot and walkway had 2 beds which the children would be sleeping in. I had a weird feeling and checked the windows. Thankful that I did because all the windows were unlocked. The jacuzzi was dirty. Several spiders and flies inside the condo. The refrigerator made a loud noise the entire time making it hard to hear the TV. The washer was also very loud. We had to have our keycards reactivated several times. When I was getting them reactivated one of the times, the staff handed me the cards back which I grabbed with my left hand that had an iWatch on the wrist. She said it's probably deactivated again now. They should have a better system. The condo was not stocked. There was 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 6 day stay and 5 people. There were no paper towels. The grass was not cut outside of our patio so the kids couldn't play and there was a dirty beach towel lying in front of the patio. WARNING Do NOT stay here unless you want your phone blasted with 10 spam calls a day. They sell your number and the day after checkout, your phone will be blown up. Other things to mention: 1. No towels or any kind of bathroom necessities In the rooms 2. The pool is ice cold, couldn't even use it on a sunny 87 degree day 3. VOMIT IN OUR BED when we checked into building E room 120. We booked for four-nights and arrived August 5th. We weren't able to check in so went to the pool and then later got our keys and moved our stuff into the room and then did pool and dinner. Around 9:30 when my wife pulled the sheets back and got into the master bed, SHE LAID ON A VOMIT SOAKED SHEET that smelled horrible. We immediately called the front desk, and a laundry lady came to help and found that it went through the sheets, mattress pad and protectors all the way into the mattress, which was also wet. See attached pictures. I spoke to the concierge staff and they claimed they couldn't move us to another room because the resort was booked and they also said there weren't any replacement mattresses, so we had to sleep on the couch that night. WE PAID $500 a night for this experience. The next day the manager (Heather) said they'd clean the mattress and refund our stay for 1 night. We didn't really trust that it had been clean considering that it had fully soaked into the mattress, but we had no other options and ended up sleeping on the couch for the final 3 nights. Sleeping in a bed like that is not something you can unsee...we also had to deal with it the entire second day while at silver dollar city on the phone with the manager, who said we could either leave the resort or just sleep on the bed and she refused to offer any further refund. She also mentioned that there was another room that was smaller and that we could move to but we would still have to pay the same price. Some of the reviews are very harsh. I was expecting the worst. So first I will debunk some of the stories about checking in and time shares. It took all of 5 minutes to check in and a simple "no, I've already booked everything." to avoid a timeshare tour. The gave us a property map, instructions, wifi, and menus to the property restaurants and we were free to go enjoy our vacation. The room was adequate, a little older, quiet, and had a ceiling fan which we loved. We had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Bed's were not the best, but we slept well. Pools were busy, but we found a quiet one to relax by for a few hours. Pizza World was very busy, but we didn't try the pizza. We had basic breakfast sandwiches instead. There is a small store on site with groceries, so that was nice. We rented a boat, and I'm pretty sure we paid more for it than was advertised, but we still enjoyed that it was clean and updated and had a nice, relaxing time. The free shuttle to SDC was great! We were picked up within 5 minutes of calling in front of our hotel room and dropped off at the entrance. The shuttle trip back was just as easy. Does the property need updating? Sure! Despite all the negative reviews, everyone mulling around the property seemed to be enjoying themselves, and in the end that is what matters. read more

Well first off I do not recommend this property for anyone at anytime. Unfortunately this property is old, run down and has thin walls . We booked online and asked for a studio, which is like a standard Hotel room, which had two full size beds. First off the AC Heating unit is one of those motel style units which is loud, when on. You can't set a constant fan, so at night you can wake up each time the unit turns on . Next is the oddity that they do not provide shampoo, or other sundried, so be aware... The walls are you thin, and if u have a room with an ajoining door to the other suite, you hear everything. The bathroom, don't look up, rust and ceiling tiles as your decor. Our room's carpet had stains and the carpet was really worn. Even with a brown rug, the stains were standing out. This first time visit will be our last. The only positive aspect of the property was the El Jefe taco truck, which served great street tacos .. $17 for 3 street tacos, salsa,, small side of rice , and beans. read more

The reviews don't lie....but let me first start with some positives. The resort itself has some great amenities- 3 clean and well maintained pools including one with a waterfall, large water slide and zero entry feature. They also have nice onsite dining options such as food trucks, pizza and coffee. They have a well equipped marina with bait, boat rentals and some free water toys like inflatables and kayaks. The condos are also walking distance to several docks if you want to swim or fish. My main reason for 2 stars are the condos themselves. I don't think can capture everything but I'll start by saying if you didn't wear shoes, your feet became black, our bathroom door did not shut, the refrigerator did not get cold yet the ice maker slowly dripped and the ice maker box was a solid block of ice every morning...the screen door did not shut and the condo was generally poorly maintained. Oh. And the 3 bedroom unit, as others have said, is 2 bedrooms plus a loft with 2 beds so whoever stays in the loft has to be careful about noise. Our group had alot of fun but I really wish they would invest some money in general improvements. We had the absolute best week at Still Waters Resort. Every employee was incredibly kind and helpful, the grounds were gorgeous, and my kids were entertained the entire time. The room we stayed in was updated, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely zero complaints. The location was perfect. Right at the intersection of Branson West and Branson Downtown, this location was great to experience it all. There's so many great restaurants in Branson West that we spent most of our time there, but also were close to downtown for mini golf or the many shows available. Pros- actual property grounds were clean, location great.Water activities and Pizza were good.Pizzeria staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Cons- pools much smaller and not very clean, slides had mold. A child pooped by the slide, it sat there for 20mins with children running by it,just a wet floor sign over it before being cleaned up.Our son told an employee,she said what do you want me to do about it,then sat on the lifeguard seat on her phone.Bar at pool was rancid with the smell of trash bins,drinks overpriced,paid the same price when they ran out of cups and had to use small ones. Water ran out after one shower, wasn't able to use bath bec water ran out so fast.Sliding door had no handle or lock.TV kept losing all channels.phone didn't work to call office,tried multiple times on my cell,finally got thru and was put on hold for 10mins before I gave up.Staff sat on phones or in groups laughing,would have to wait for one of them to order food or drinks.Laundry staff didn't speak English and sent us all over the property trying to find the coin operated laundry which was filthy and smelt disgusting. We stayed here in November. At first, we were in a motel room. It was not good. Not good at all. Gross carpets and horrible smell. I almost cried. We upgraded for $200 and got a condo. The condo was fantastic! Beautiful view and clean. There doesn't seem to be much consistency at this resort. The pizza and thirsty's was fine! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! The rental units are TERRIBLE!!!!! They are from the 50s, they are "all different" and they will blame every deficiency in your room on that disclaimer. We were 3 people in a room that sleeps 4, but our dining table only had 2 chairs so we couldn't even eat meals together for a 4 night stay and there was one night table for 2 beds that were really far apart so one bed didn't have a night table. The telephone and TV didn't work so they couldn't even leave us a message when we had a package. I called the manager to ask for a few hours later check out as a courtesy for us having these deficiencies in our room (obviously the cleaning staff can't clean ALL the rooms simultaneously at 10am) and Trevor the manager said no. If you've ever VRBOed here, you might have had a nice unit, as we did last time b/c the condos are new, but the RENTAL UNITS ARE AWEFULl. DO NOT BOOK WITH THE FRONT DESK. IT IS WAYYYYYYY OVER PRICED to receive a NON-FUNCTIONING room - seriously 2 chairs for a 4 person dining table in a 4 person unit!?!?!?! Brandon at the marina is the jewel of resort! Over multiple days, I noticed his patience and courtesy to all guests. Next up, thirsty's/ ElJeffrie/coffee, all staff were fantastic and food and drinks were very good. Front desk & concierge staff need help. We arrived early, 1ish- we always book through Amex so never have issues with early check in etc. We also typically stay at higher end resorts. Only reason we chose this one, was picking up our son in NW Arkansas after 90 days and wanted a week stay to reconnect before heading home. So, upon arrival, we were told room wasn't ready but shouldn't be long. Concierge tried talking us into some 2hr tour for a $200 resort gift card, which we declined twice. We picked up the golf cart we had rented for the stay, and went to get lunch. Upon return, we were told our room wasn't ready by someone else, and when I inquired as we had been there for couple hrs already and my son desperately wanted to shower and change, we were rudely told that check in wasn't until 4, and wasn't guaranteed even then. When asked when the room would be ready, she said I have no idea. Then a young mgr came out who basically told me he didn't care, didn't know when it would be ready. I said I was going to call Amex to see if we could get another accommodation, he said okay. like he could care less. I was flabbergasted! I have never encountered such terrible service at any resort, over decades. The concierge who had spent all that time trying to talk me into the tour, walked by and I started to ask, he shrugged his shoulders and kept walking. I got Amex on the line and unfortunately there were no other 3 bed accommodations anywhere close. So we stayed, and waited until the room was ready because a different mgr came out, and he was professional. If the first person had led with look, it is 1,check in is not until 4, and honestly it may not be until at least 5, I would have still been aggravated, but I could have made decisions accordingly. We are great guest, we don't mind spending money at the resorts as we understand business, leave things clean and tidy and show respect to everyone. The condo did have a nice view, the marina activities are nice, and as I mentioned, Brandon there really salvaged the trip for us without knowing a thing. The carpet all over the condo was so gross. I wore socks immediately out of shower. The bath tub was heavily scratched all over, I wouldn't let my daughter use it.. Condo needs heavy cleaning at the very least along with the furniture. The upstairs room was very moldy smelling so we didn't use it at all. If you're used to 3star kinds of places, it's probably a great vacation spot, with lots to do minus the rudeness of front desk staff. read more

So they advertise a heated pool. Pool water was 68 degrees. Every guest we talked with had the same complaint. Different associates all gave us different stories as the reason. One said that it was broke, one stated 2 units were working but the 3rd heater was down. I personally felt the outlet jet to compare with the ambient temp of the water. It was the same. Don't advertise a heated pool if you are only going to heat it for big groups. People had chose this property for this sole reason, only to be horribly disappointed after paying that much money. I reported to maintenance when they were walking by that the outdoor grill top bolts had come out. The man took the bolt to go find a locking nut, and stated he will be back in a bit after it cools down. 4 days later, still sitting there unusable. The hot water in building I where we stayed would give you enough hot water for a 5 minute like warm shower if you got that lucky. We have stayed in this same building many times before, and it always has hot water issues. They never fix the issues. Wi-Fi... It's practically useless and there is no client isolation at all. What this means is with a free app, you can literally see every device that's connected on the entire property.. I have screenshots to prove this. One scan I did populated over 100 devices with the device name, IP address, mac address, and was pingable from my phone... That is really bad security. Really bad. This next part was our fault. We left a load of swimwear in the dryer upon departure. The first 2 associates were at least nice and pleasant, but said they would check and call us back. Never did... I finally drove to the property so I could get to the bottom of it and get a response. The gentleman (Austin) I spoke with was not a pleasant person. AT all... Being in hospitality myself, I stated if he needed to find out who was responsible for cleaning the room he could do a lock interrogation with the handheld. Needless to say they have contractors cleaning their resort. He wasn't at all interested in the guest, he and I quote "had a resort to run". I get that it was our fault, but customer service from him was non existent. Let's talk about the merchandise. We were looking at the shirts displayed. There were many shirts that stated established in 1850... The others said 1977... We showed them and they were nice, laughed, thanked us, and removed the incorrect products. Who doesn't check before stocking their displays though. The room phone wouldn't dial the front desk, which was no big deal as I had my cell, but what if someone needed to call emergency services. This is the 3rd room that we've been in that the phone didn't work. The bathroom floors were sticky upon arrival, and we have learned to bring our own cleaning supplies as this has became a normal event. This was just our last stay. Always have quite a few issues, and they are repetitive.. If you stay here, bring your cleaning supplies, stay off their dangerous network, make sure your phone works, and try to stay away from certain managers. The pool is great for kids. It is impressive, but we've had our fill from all of our issues and lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and overall experience. Moving on to try stormy point. Hopefully they have the basics like warm showers and working amenities. read more

I will do my best to provide what I believe to be a thorough and fair review. Bottom line: Does not meet expectations, especially at this price point. I specifically chose this resort for the amenities and proximity to SDC as we normally prefer a VRBO. I knew in advance I was sacrificing some of our families preferences in accommodations for the pools and access to the lake. We booked a three bedroom condominium. This is the main issue. A three bedroom condo does not exist...what you get is a 2 bedroom suite with an an adjoining extra room, however the suite is set up in a loft style that makes it impossible for those in the loft to have privacy or go to sleep unless those downstairs sit in the dark with the TV off. If you have kids and you thought you could put them to bed and stay up another hour or so this is an issue. Overall the room is nice enough but its age is showing. Carpet is stained and musky smelling. Maintenance and upkeep is an issue. The big issue is the pools. The pictures online are very deceptive. The website states there are three pools with two slides and implies it is set up in a large water park style setup. Yes there are three pools but they are scattered across the "resort" and much much smaller than the pictures imply. There is also no Oasis pool bar...even though your exit survey asks you to rate it. I booked this almost exclusively for the pools and the rental community we stayed at last year had a much nicer pool with a full service bar and grill colocated at a slightly lower price point (and that was for a 4 bedroom rental home that was in immaculate condition). The marina is okay. They advertise paddle boats but what they have is large "aquacycles". Is it a big deal not really...but with smaller kids it doesnt really work. What was good? The Mexican food trailer, The onsite carry out pizza and the Tipsy's bar were excellent and decently priced. They are easy walking distance from most rooms but once again about a five minute round trip walk from the pool so it's untenable if you are trying to supervise children. They advertise some other food trailers but they are not part of the complex and not walking distance (~1/2 mile). There is also a small park with a playground, pavilion, sand volleyball and basketball court. It is well maintained and my kids really enjoyed it. The view from my deck was awesome, unfortunately there was a family of wasps that also seemed to enjoy the deck as well... Bottom line: there is nothing wrong with Stillwater but nothing really right either...it did not meet expectations and there are better options with lower price points. read more

This resort was chosen for us by other family members who had stayed before. It was our first visit. Part of my issues with Still Waters is its location, part is the business model. It's on the narrow peninsula that encompasses the village of Indian Point. If you're not going anywhere--or going on the water--it's not a bad place to be. It's right on Table Rock Lake and has its own boat docks and marina. It has rentable or borrowable boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear. However, Indian Point has only one road in and out...and it's on the same traffic signal as Silver Dollar City. So, imagine the traffic backup caused by visitors trying to get into or out of Branson's most popular attraction. From Branson we simply passed by the intersection, headed toward West Branson until we found a spot to safely turn around, then drove back toward SDC/Indian Point in the right turn lane that was trafficless. Getting out, we simply had to wait. Branson's other nearest attractions or shopping are at least a 20-minute drive from Still Waters. However, in the opposite direction West Branson has a supermarket, Walmart, and other general shopping 20 minutes away or closer. Still Waters' other family amenities include three pools, whirlpool, mini golf course, arcade game room, playground, and snack style restaurants. They were more or less operational or open during our three-night stay. A five-story indoor water feature--Endangered Forest--is under construction. (And started years ago, we were told by family members. I wonder why one of the pools wasn't simply enclosed.) However, basic necessities like shampoo, tissue, paper towels, a working can opener, extra toilet paper, and similar amenities were missing. The outdoor spa whirlpool was tepid at best. Not inviting during the cooler fall nights. Our rooms in building 1 were serviced and ready upon early arrival at the end of October. However, a child's sock from a previous visitor was found in a bedroom floor. One of our family heard scurrying in the wall at night. And, elevator signs still advertised Labor Day activities almost eight weeks after the holiday. Check-in was efficient and staff throughout the property was friendly. All in all, just a little bit more guest consciousness would have made this a spot I'd like to visit again. read more

Think you're coming to a typical resort? Think again. There's a coffee pot in the room and filters, but they don't offer coffee. They offer 2 tiny little soap bars. No shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, no body lotion and no Kleenex like even other basic hotels offer. The toilet paper is too rough. They don't offer daily maid service. There are no luggage racks to set your luggage on so you'll have to find a space on the floor and avoid tripping over it. Think the lamp has modern USB ports? Nope. You need to move the bedside table and unplug the alarm clock table in order to plug in your phone. Be sure to bring an extension cord and other chargers. Want to watch a nice-sized TV? Nope. Want extra or clean towels? You have to drive over to a location, knock on a window and ask for towels. We were advised to keep our room key separate from our electronic devices otherwise it won't work. If you want to clean your room yourself, don't worry - there is a vacuum in the closet. No gym. Be sure to sit sideways on the toilet otherwise you'll hit the toilet paper roll as you sit down. Oh, and be prepared to be given the offer to get 2 free tickets to Silver Dollar City if you listen to a 90 minute sales pitch. Worst vacation memory ever. Will never go back. read more

Ok here goes... Don't stay here! This place was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it at all. Our family planned to go to Branson for a special occasion and decided to stay at this 'resort'. I have not idea how they can use the word resort in their title to describe this facility. Our room was also described as a 'luxury' room having a Lakeside balcony. We COULD NOT see the lake AT ALL from our balcony because of all the trees. The guy on staff I spoke with admitted they never say the word 'view' in the description because they know the lake isn't visible from the balcony. That's so misleading and a lie. When we checked in, the concierge asked me so many questions and he wouldn't stop. He kept asking me if my husband was with me on this trip and if I had a husband. It was very uncomfortable and I told him he was asking too many questions. He was trying to sell me a membership to this resort when I literally had never been here before. It was too pushy and just weird. When we got to our room there was blood on towels, sheets and a pillow case. It was nasty. We called the front desk and they asked what room we were in, I told him and he said they don't have a room with that number. I said, "well, I'm in the room so I know it exists".... and he said, "oh yes, we do have that room number." OMG. Then they sent a lady that barely spoke english to clean up the blood. She knocked on the door and acted like she didn't know why she was sent to our room. It was weird. Our room also had not been dusted at all, so we asked her if she would dust for us. Inside the cupboards were dirty and carpet was also pretty worn out and dirty, the light above the stove didn't work, the bottom of the jacuzzi tub had dark spots and it was dirty, and the fireplace also didn't work. I asked about the fireplace, and was told it only works in the fall and winter months. This was also misleading b/c the amenities said we had a fireplace, and we were not told otherwise during check-in or by the chatty and nosy concierge. Another misleading thing that was disappointing. I went to sit in the hot tub outside by the pool and the jets didn't work... at all... the whole 5 days we were there. WTF. Then we went to enjoy the 'free' water activities. Very disappointing if you aren't a child under the age of 3. The life jackets were so cheap and smelled so musty and gross. The kayaks were literally the cheapest you could buy and our backs hurt within 3 mins of sitting down. Then we switched to the water bikes that were also disappointing. One of the peddles was missing on the bike so it was almost impossible to peddle. There was also a small limited area in the water where we were 'allowed' to kayak or bike... and it was so crowded and claustrophobic. Kids were running into each other. We got off those pretty quickly. Since the free water activities were lame, we decided to go rent jet skis but didn't bring our money with us (since we were in water) and they wouldn't let us charge them to our rooms.... so another thing they lost money on b/c we would have rented 5 jet skis and spent over $700. I guess these businesses just don't want to make money. I sent pictures and emails to the resort and there has not been one person that has tried to make this right with our family. So I am going to write a bad review on all platforms to warn people of the misleading amenities, the poor quality of service, and the rooms not being cleaned properly. Not sure why there would be blood in our room but it was disgusting and a huge safety concern. Also, every morning around 8am, the staff was outside leaf blowing... WTF. We are on vacation and you are leaf blowing at 8am. The walls and ceilings are also paper thin. The people on the floor above us were SO LOUD. We heard every step they took and every move they made. Another thing to note is the pools are small and crowded. And if there is lightening 15+ miles away they close the pools and water activities. I think I received 6+ emails over our stay that the pools were closing... and it wasn't even raining lol. read more

Spent a week @ Stillwater's Resort and enjoyed the stay. Clean, well kept property. Our luxury one bedroom, lakeside condo was nicely appointed. The ice maker didn't work, TV channels were a wonky mix of stuff I'm not patronizing, never did find my usual cable or streaming channels or HGTV listing, There were unheated pools and lots of activities on the property. A number of buildings comprise the complex and it was tricky to find ours. There wasn't much supplied only little bars soap, toilet paper, dish soap & 2 dishwasher tablets. Bring your own salt & pepper, paper towels, personal toiletries, laundry detergent, and deck of playing cards, etc. If you are cooking the basics supplied were of decent quality pots & pans, cookie sheet, cutting board, 9X13 baking pan, utensils, pitcher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer & set of mixing bowls. Four place settings of table service were furnished. Plenty of plush towels in bathroom but the bed linens were inexpensive & the mattress pad bunched up! Our room had a large dining table but only 4 chairs. There were 3 bar height stools but bar was extra tall. Parking is at a premium as it is anywhere in or near Branson. Beware of the narrow, curvy & hilly county blacktop roads that have no shoulders once you get off the 4 lane highways! We don't have a boat so I can't comment about dock, ramp, or water conditions, depth nor fishing. Not having ever been in the hotel business myself, but my imagination tells me it's not a money making enterprise. However, things in our unit were quite new and nicely decorated & appointed. Glorified apartment complex next to a dump of residential homes, NOT a resort. I'm not sure where the reviews come from except maybe from those that have never been to an actual resort. Near to silver dollar city but 15ish min away from everything else. No shampoo/conditioner provided nor at least a small hair dryer. 2 rolls of toilet paper given and the room musty as all get out. Layout is awful with no sink and mirror in the bathroom. It's in the actual small room. It's disgusting to have to walk out of the bathroom without having to wash your hands first. Our room was in the G complex and next to what could be a pretty pavilion area to watch the sunset but it's covered in trees. The pools were entirely too cold, which could be a Mother Nature issue but made it difficult to swim in June. Pools are small and not an oasis as the pics made it look out to be. There is an indoor water park that I'm not built yet but it's funny how when you check in the concierge refuses to discuss any details about until you've booked a 2 hr presentation to view the property in hopes you'll buy a timeshare to this place. You don't have to do the tour which was a bonus. The staff is nice and the property has potential but either it needs to be under new ownership or something. I've stayed at better motels unfortunately. Also, the game room small with each game being b/w $2-3 to play. The water cycles were fun and again staff was pleasant. I would def recommend staying elsewhere when other "resorts" are comparable in pricing and have a heck of a lot more amenities. But if you do a google search, you can see how it is embedded into a residential area that has not been kept up. read more

Do NOT recommend. How do you call yourself a resort when you have no shampoo/conditioner? No napkins/kleenex. The rooms are nasty AF. Customer service is below sub par. You have a market that is always "out of stock" or "we ran out" WELL MAYBE PREPARE FOR A HOLIDAY WEEKEND?! What a concept. The word resort should be switched out to ROACH. Was skeptical after reading reviews, but I'm completely satisfied. On arrival check in was fast and simple . You are given a map of property with locations and activities itinerary. Plenty of pools and water activities for kids or the kids at heart. Wrist bands to attend activities on the resort. Building K 4th floor with view of lake. On entry full kitchen with stackable washer & dryer. 3 bedroom with 3 full baths and electric fireplace . Dining table that sits 6 and a bar that sits 4 . Room up stairs comes with a window unit 2 queen beds full bath. Bedrooms down stairs 1 king bed with jacuzzi tub. 2 queen size beds with full bath . Enough room for a large family or couples needing they own space. Towel exchange or additional trash bags located within walking distance no maid service. We did book through Expedia. so it could have been a travel website issue, but Expedia only shows rooms with juccuz, lake side view, and fireplace. Sadly that is not what we got. 1. The room does not look like what was advertised. 2. There was a big crunchy spot on the carpet floor by bathroom/bedroom. 3. It smelled like dirty animal when we walked in. 4. The main room door had gaps on top and bottom letting in bugs in the evening in our room. 5. We were suppose to have a fireplace and that was not given in the room we had And we also were suppose to have a lake view. in which we did not receive. 6. The TVs were also outdated from pictures listed in advertisement. And the bedroom tv made a hmming sound. (the tv in the room are not smart tv). overall the outside property is nice and keeps kids busy, outdoor activities that we did not use. enjoyed the food on sight and the drinks! They did leaf blow the sidewalks early in the morning and it was dewy on cars and left dirt all over our vehicle. overall a 2/5 stay. read more

We came here with our 2 children 3 and 5 years old. Enjoyed the free mini golf provided and the pools. We also rented a boat for 2 hours which was nice to take around the lake. However the rooms are in need of serious renovation. Multiple light fixtures missing, screen door was broke and sitting the on porch. I felt like I needed sandals to walk on the carpet. No laundry soap, shampoo or dishwashing soap provided. Extra bedding had holes. All the staff were accommodating. read more

3.5 stars. We did enjoy our stay, and you can reserve rooms just like a regular hotel, but please note the following... 1. This resort is a timeshare/vacation club facility. If you're not familiar with how they work, please know... 2. Toilet paper and shampoo are NOT supplied. What's on the roll is what you get. Buy extra. 3. There is a coffee maker, BUT you have to buy your own coffee grounds and coffee filters. 4. Make sure the room is clean before you leave, put all dirty towels in the bathtub before checking out, clean all dishes that you use, empty out all the trash in the trash room or area. There is no housekeeping during your stay. 5. If the cleaning is unacceptable "beyond normal expectations," then you can be charged $250 (see pic.) So, yeah, make sure the room is clean before checking out. REVIEW CONTINUED: 6. The pools, slides, and hot tubs are open only seasonally. One of the hot tubs had algae, and it had some garbage floating on top. Why not just drain it? 7. Some of the Game Room arcade machines need repairs or ate some of our tokens. There's no heat in the Game Room. Dress warmly if the weather is cold. 8. The miniature golf area is small but probably cute for very little kids. 9. There is no estimated date given when the "Endangered Animals" complex will be opening. Interesting concept if they can pull it off well. 10. There is a small eatery on site with pizza and salads, etc. It has a few store items like candy bars, pain reliever, Rolaids, but no coffee or coffee filters. Worst customer service ever. This place is like if dicks last resort owned timeshares. Where do we start. The keys they give you cant be put near a phone or they wont work. We had to have keys made multiple times during our stay. We made the mistake of calling to get a shuttle to take my family to silver dollar city. The lady on the phone was great no problem. Shuttle arrived and the shuttle driver opened the door and when we got in it said I need you to call this number and request the shuttle "the right way". Not sure what that means but this person (not sure of the gender of the driver had a beard but was very feminine and could go either way so out of an abundance of caution we will just say the driver. I don't want to upset anyone) who had a mans name was visibly upset to have to get us and take us to the park. While on this call I was answering questions about the shuttle service and my wife said tell them we are already on the shuttle and let them know so they don't send another shuttle. Well this pissed off the driver who whips around and said I can just take you back if this is a problem. I said thats fine because I don't want to have my family driven around by someone unstable like this driver. We then had to call another service to take us to the park. Not sure what happened to customer service but it is no where to be found here. Except the boat rental. The guy running that was amazing and his whole crew were happy, outgoing and friendly. The manager of the boat rental area was super nice and extremely friendly and helpful he went out of his way to find something that made our experience here even better. The LuxuryLakefront condominiums used to be specific newer buildings. Now they switch guests into the older section even when we book the new section. Our experience is that the older section room we booked April 14 had a broken ceiling fan, unfinished painting both in the master bedroom of our 3 bedroom condo and an oven top that stayed hot / warm all night even when we stopped baking in the morning. This "resort" is in serious need of some cleaning and updating. The website description and photos are not an accurate representation of the condition of the property. We paid for the most expensive room, and it is smelly (musty, like smoke), dirty, and dilapidated. The carpet is old and frayed, the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms is filthy, and many items are in disrepair (running toilet, dripping faucet, broken spout in bathroom). Managers have been helpful and apologetic, but that doesn't change the simple fact that we can't undo our reservation or find another place to stay. Very disappointed. read more

Just as we were about to turn the lights off to go to bed my 5 year old son discovered a slug in our bed. The hotel offered the change the entire bed, but I had two sleeping babies so I declined and removed the duvet cover completely. The next morning upon checkout I spoke to the manager Craig who offered a pizza voucher as if that's an equivalent way to make up for such a gross thing. He then said there's nothing else he can do for us. The lack of customer service is appalling, I asked him if he would think it's acceptable to find a slug in his bed when visiting a hotel and if he thinks a pizza voucher is appropriate, to which he said "I don't know". I've worked in the hotel industry and this is unacceptable. In addition to a slimy insect being in our bed, the floors were so dirty the bottom of our feet were black. The design of the room is very strange too, no real closet and the sink is outside of the bathroom. The overall feel is just "dingy". I should have taken the poor reviews and ratings more into consideration before booking my families stay. I do not recommend staying here. read more

Our family so enjoyed our recent stay at still waters, we stayed in a lakefront cabin and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Even our teenager joined in the fun, the nine and 12 year old fished underneath the cover dock and were not even mad about the rain :-) Teddy the employee at the dock-Marina literally made our trip, his kindness professionalism and courtesy blew us away. Thank you Teddy. The timeshare pressure is very mild compared to most places you go, when we checked in and immediately resisted going on the" tour" they were very kind and dropped the subject right away. read more

The rooms were not at all like we thought we were getting based on the pictures. Be warned that the pictures won't be what you are getting at all. It was very old, outdated, musty smelling, and had carpet throughout. Dirty cleaning supplies was housed in the closet of our room. There was a tiny tv in the corner, probably 15 inches, and you can easily hear neighbors above and beside you. Honestly it was one of the most expensive rooms we've booked and the worst room we've ever stayed in. We booked 2 nights and actually left after about 12 hrs. The pools were fine and the shuttle was great, other than that, it definitely ruined our experience for Branson as a whole and we won't be back. read more
