I had nothing but good help from the manager when I was searching for a place to live. The manager even accommodated me with timing of when I could get to Mo. for a review of the available units. She knew what I wanted and she found me the exact apt that would accommodate our needs. I could not be happier. They do not just let anyone who can pay move in. That is important to me. My rent has ALWAYS been paid on time and in FULL so she can't use an excuse about "evicting me for non payment". She will add costs to your bill or say you never paid for something when she knows for a fact that is a lie. She writes her receipts out in paper form and doesn't keep virtual documents so that she can accuse you of non payment in hopes that you didn't keep the paper receipt. When you then show her the paper receipt as proof she will claim that she's referring to a different date. Fair warning, you will not see a penny of your deposit back and might even face legal charges for things you didn't even do wrong. She is shady, rude, and a terrible landlord. This is gonna be an honest review. This place is filled with people who smoke and presumably do…read moredrugs but it is the cheapest housing and living space in Branson. They have a good and helpful staff, they have a clean pool and gym. I would recommend this place only if you do not have high standards when it comes to living spaces. I've liked it here ever since I moved in and I'm always able to get through to the office whenever I call, maintenance is on point. Overall, while this place has its problems, it is severely underrated. I would say get a 6 month lease and see how you like it.
