Made an appointment and was taken in right away. They have no menu of services. I was told by the young man (who I failed to get his name) the choices were standard pedicure or deluxe. I chose deluxe for $46. Their deluxe consisted of a standard pedicure with utilizing a "flavor" packet. They do not use cuticle remover. The young man I got was terrible. He gave me both my pedicure and a manicure. He filed my skin and I kept having to jerk away. Did the both on my toes and fingers. Clipped the skin around the bed of my nail but did not use cuticle remover nor remove my cuticles on both hands and feet. His massage was weak to the touch. He spent 5 seconds with a pumice stone. Hot towel was barely warm. Cut my nails too short. I had a manicure and deluxe pedicure in less than an hour. My husband got a pedicure with me and got Nancy who gave him a very good pedicure. Her effort on cuticle removal (although still no cuticle remover) was much better than what I got. Her massage on his legs was given with decent pressure. So summary: make an appointment with Nancy. Bring cash. Don't expect the usual deluxe pedicure.
