My fingers were burningggg. I tipped 20% bc I was not about to cheat Nikki out of the time she spent on the designs. However, now that it's been months since I had those removed, I can tell you rn that the damage done was almost permanent. I wish I still had photos, you can see how badly damaged my nails were. They have been so fragile from the guy who was filing them, and using way too fast of a rotation setting while buffing the acrylic gel down. I can go on and on and on. Seriously, skip this place.
