Established in 1994.

Our company began in 1993 as a service and repair company with a staff of only two, the owner, Mickey Hood and one helper. In 1995, after 3 years of offering service only, Paradise Pool and Patio's retail store was opened. By the turn of the century we had out grown our 2 previous locations and in 2000 a new showroom and warehouse was built at our current location, 50 Veterans Parkway South in Moultrie, GA. This new space allowed us to increase our service and repair division while expanding our showroom lineup which now includes Marquis hot tubs and swim spas, Big Green Egg grills and accessories, outdoor furniture, above ground pools, and patio/garden décor along with pool parts, equipment, chemicals, and supplies. We provide convenient front door parking, expert water analysis, and in house repair of pool cleaners, pumps, valves, filters, and other equipment.

These folks are the greatest! They analyze our pool water and offer the perfect suggestions to keep it sparkling and safe. If needed, they come out and make on the scene help. We have purchased equipment like motorized pool cleaners, and their great record keeping system eliminates the need to keep up with sales receipts for warranty guarantees, etc. That fact alone is such a big help. We did have to replace a Polaris once under warranty, and it was absolutely no problem. There are not that many businesses that are customer oriented these days, but Paradise Pools certainly is. The sales people know their business and their product...you don't get that kind of help at big box stores. They will have our business as long as they are in business! read more

After going through two different pool providers who overcharged, it's refreshing to deal with honest people. We don't live in their area; yet they were still eager to help. They've been to our home few times and we've never been disappointed. They return our calls in the same day and their prices can't be beat.
