Our firstDate of arrival we were given would be 11 weeks which almost stopped us from purchasing it. We did go ahead with it and ended up waiting almost 4 months, about 17 weeks. When it finally arrived, the covering of the sofa did not fit properly. It was too tight and left wrinkles and gatherings in the material that made it too short in one area and a little long in another. I tried to adjust it many times and finally called to let them know what the problem was. I talked with the sales person and she was going to make an appointment with her manager to discuss what to do. After two days, we still have heard nothing yet. Over the years, we have bought many items from this particular store in Thomasville, and we have had several problems with delivery, quality, and timeliness. We wanted to give them another chance and thought by special ordering, we would have no issues but seem to have more. I would have thought that as much money as we have spent over the years and just on this one purchase of over $4000, the manager would have at least contacted us in a timely manner. The sales person did not even offer to help fix whatever the problem was, Just said she would need to talk with the manager about what to do,but we have yet to hear anything.

The long wait to process your purchase is way too long! By the April 3, 2018 I noticed ripples in the dinette table, the would had raised in little lines in the table. I called to ask if they could do something to help with the problem. The lady was nice and said someone will call me on Thursday the 5th, to no avail. So I called them and the woman that made the sale said someone from the service department will call me back. The 6th I was told the manager would be in the next day. To no avail. I ended up calling back several times and the I got the assistant manager Nate. He said, "We will do everything to make our customers happy, because with out customers, we wouldn't have a business." After many calls from me and Nate, "reassuring me that they will make it right." Many days later, finally the manager called me today, April 13, 2018 at 9:09 a.m. to say, "sorry I keep missing you," he went on to say, "I spoke to the owner and he said, that it was not a manufacture issue." "However, you can purchase another table and buy the warranty, and get 4 years coverage." I said to him, "I'm not interested in making another purchase" I thanked him, and the call was over. The promo they had running left Turner's paying the sales tax. Our sales associate, Jamie Ogden, was helpful and ran back and forth to find out if we could get the model we wanted in time. His manager was able to make things happen and get it shipped to us by Thursday (4 days from time of purchase). The store closes at 6 pm on Sunday, but Jamie and his associates stayed with us until the sale was final at 6:40 pm ET with smiles on their faces.
