Hearing the owner of a company speak to his employees that way was shocking and completely unprofessional. No matter how stressful a job may be, there is absolutely no excuse for degrading, abusive language toward employees -- especially from the person running the company. It reflects very poorly on Servco Pools' leadership and raises serious concerns about the company's professionalism and values. If this is how the owner treats his own crew in public, I can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors. I would strongly reconsider hiring a company that operates this way.
