This place has been my favorite vape shop in this town! The service here is top tier with a great selection of items for you to choose from as well. And not to mention, this store has the best prices compared to the other vape shops in town. This shop consistently has vapes for $10 and they are decent. Let's be real there's lot of choices in smoke shops in Hemet, thankfully this is not only The closest to my house but turns out it's the best one around for one Jordan and I believe his name is Jimmy are super knowledgeable and they're easy to talk to. They're not pushy and trying to upsell you stuff that you don't need and they always know what I'm talking about whenever I'm explaining something that I don't know the name of, and on top of all that the prices are honestly extremely competitive considering the type of Smoke Shop it is I expected higher prices, but I would say they have some of the better prices in the area but what really gets me is the boys I believe his name is Jimmy he works often in the morning and he is super nice super friendly super welcoming makes you feel really comfortable to shop and in the later part of the afternoon Jordan comes in and he's like my Weedipedia .... Or my smoke needs search engin. It's pretty impressive that couple of guys as young as them know as much as them which is why I really only go there. It's not worth me wasting my time at other places where I walk in and explain something to somebody that doesn't smoke and it takes me 20 minutes of charades until they figure out what I'm talking about or you can come in here and all you have to do is explain Three words and then always know what you're talking about so that's why I love these guys so 5 stars . OK for starters, I am new to the area and I was looking for a shop that had a good selection. This shop definitely has that. There's a couple guys there they know what they're talking about and they're cool, but I went in the other day and there was this young dude And first of all he didn't greet me I walked in I had to say hello. How are you to him which is so not right somebody needs to give his kid a little less than in customer service and how you treat a customer that's paying money. But the real thing that bugged me was that I asked him if they had any nectar collectors And he said "yeah right there" and that already was kind of irritating but I brushed it off and I asked him if he's tried any and if so what's the difference between the glass tip and the titanium tip and he said with attitude, I must say I don't do the stuff so I don't know. He said it in the kind of way where he was looking down at me from his nose and judging and if you're so crude and rude about smokers, why do you work at a smoke shop? I could only guess he is the owners cousin brother, or some sort of relative? Either way he seems like he's never had a real job meeting. Actually go out there looking for a job apply and do an interview because anywhere else would not tolerate a bad attitude the lack of customer service, and the downright judge mental attitude towards customers for smoking, so my suggestion is either give him an attitude correction and a lesson in retail and customer service or give him the boot. Otherwise the shops great, and the guy that works there is cool. The owner is not bad either but man that kid really bugged me he made me uncomfortable and I really didn't want to make a purchase with them. read more

It's going to be hard to leave a review without sounding a little over the top in my praise but I can't help it. I'm excited that I have finally found a smoke shop Who employees people who absolutely care that you get the exact product that you want. I've only just started visiting dispensaries and smoke shops in the last six months and I have left every other shop feeling like I either bought something that I felt pressured into buying and wasn't at all what I went in there for or was told that something worked one way and it turned out to not be that at all, or I Ended up paying twice what I should've paid because the shop knew they were the only one that had the item. But then I walked into Paradise smoke shop on Esplanade in Hemet. And I left there so happy and so satisfied with my experience that I really can't imagine ever going anywhere else again. Jordan was so nice and so patient and really listened to what I wanted and help me find the exact product that was perfect for me. He took the time to explain how it would work and what each one did and really made me feel like she cared that I was gonna walk out of there happy. And a big fat shout out to mow, who I believe is probably the owner. I not only found a couple of products for myself but I was able to buy a couple of really cool items for a couple of friends and Moe gave me a really great really fair deal and I am happy to say that I am a 100% loyal Paradise smoke shop Customer. Seriously people don't waste your time going anywhere else these guys will go out of their way to be sure you are getting exactly what you want at an amazing price!!! I was in need of a flask and the first two I selected had a couple problems, so I went back in and Shadon took excellent care of me. Both men were very customer oriented. I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! Im so upset right now. They sold me a defective pipe. I went back to "swap it" only to get ANOTHER Defective pipe!! I literally just walked out of the store and my bro noticed a chip on it we went back and the guy was like 'That chip wasnt there' & didnt want to do anything for me ... Been coming here since they've opened almost 2 years ago. Great service. Employees always helpful, friendly and talkative. They have great selection of smoke products as well as sundries, drinks and gift items. Prices are more reasonable compared to others in local area. Quality is always fresh and they'll stock items for you if you're a regular customer. Next to Starbucks and several eating places.. Great to hang outside have a smoke and a cup of coffee and shoot the breeze for a few. read more
