I bought a pack of Backwood True wraps faithfully for almost a year. The one time I complained about opening a pack to find no wraps. They could have just gave me another pack. I brought the empty pack in the store and they made a phone call, (spoke in a different language) sounded Chaldean. Anyways they couldn't exchange it and said I can get it half off. My problem is I'm a regular customer that never complained. Even when they would sale stale wraps, wraps with little holes in them. I Never once tried to return a tobacco product and understand that they have a policy. But if you're a loyal customer I feel you should be well taken care of if the product they sold you is faulty, no good , or just wasn't in the packaging. Plus the inside of the packaging was clean. No tobacco residue, nothing, all paper. Grrrrrrr. Had me upset, I just knew they was going to take care of me. Especially after all the transactional conversations. It's cool though. I hope it's worth the bad review. Horrible business, inadequate customer service. I can't believe they offered me half off my next purchase. After all the money I spent with them. I'd rather pay a bum every week, to defecate on the door handle and have little buddy that opens the store to clean it off. It already smells like urine and trash by the door. Parking lot is always filthy. If you have to go to this store, make sure you don't touch the door handle or door for that matter. Use your foot or some gloves.
