If you have any common sense you will not waste a dime on this horrible Massage place. I had one a year ago there and had one a week prior so I was feeling good already when I went in. They are obviously on Groupon because they can't attract business! I thought it was doing to be a good massage and of course they upcharge ten more dollars for deep tissue and then expect a tip on the worst deep tissue massage I have had in ten years? WOW The most lazy employee I have ever seen. You stop to go answer the phone? I don't expect to hear a phone ring when I'm supposed to be in a peaceful state of mind in a massage. Have you ever heard of hiring another employee to answer your phone? That was and I repeat the worst deep tissue massage I have had in ten years of getting them. Her excuse was that I needed to come back because I'm soo tense and my muscles are tight? Was that your sorry sales pitch to give you anymore money? DO NOT USE THEM! You get what you pay but I always have zero issues with Asian places. They seem to know how to use an elbow and muscle when needed! OK for Groupon, otherwise there are better places. First, the pro: had a great massage - she really worked the kinks out of my back. However, 1) the masseuse interrupted my massage 4-5 times to answer the phone, and twice to answer the door, even after another employee came in. It was disconcerting, and I'm not sure how much of my 60 minute massage I actually received. 2) the massage rooms are separated by partitions (not ceiling height) and have curtain doors - you hear everything that's going on in this place - conversations, appointments being booked, other clients describing their injuries...as well as the business next door through the common wall. So, if you have the groupon, go and get a massage, but for the full price ($90), there are many better alternatives. read more

A simple and quaint massage studio that gets the job done. Great owner, nice and friendly massage therapists. I've had back pain for years and felt tremendously better from simply one visit. I will without a doubt go back. Their new location is great! The ambiance has risen significantly with the new digs - albeit a little hard to find - and now I can get a couples massage with my fiance in the same room. When I come in on my own, I don't have to worry about hearing anyone else any longer. The previous issues solved! Used the Groupon. I called Friday and got a Saturday 11 am appointment. It is in a townhouse office park off Rt. 1. Small place with a couple massage areas separated by curtain walls. The massage was Swedish with medium to light pressure. The masseuse (who appears to be the owner) was skilled and advised she was a nurse and went to a local massage school a few years ago. I would return as the massage was good and the price was great. The Groupon price was offered when I returned and after 9 visits a free half hour massage was offered via a punch card. We booked a couples massage. Massage started about 15 minutes late (during which time we were just laying there waiting..) Table was not comfortable - not well padded. Massage was mediocre at best. My husband had burns on his shoulders for days afterwards because they used so much oil and put extremely hot wet towels on your back which actually burned him. Not impressed! read more

don't listen to the few haters, this place is great! you get a tension relieving massage at a great price. I have been pleased with all the massage therapists at Ageless, but especially recommend Helen, Carlisse and Mike! Everyone is very friendly and sweet and really make you feel relaxed. I bought a couples massage using groupon for my husband and I for his birthday. Neither of us had ever had a professional massage before, and these were amazing! I can't for the life of me remember the names of who did our massages (that's how relaxed we were ;) ), but they were done by two women and they were both excellent! Both masseuses regularly asked if the pressure was ok and if the tempeture of oils or towels was ok. Also, my husband has a very muscly back, and he kept exclaiming that he didn't know a woman would be able to get through those knots! The place is small, but it was very clean and calming, and the room was perfectly relaxing and comfortable. They played soft music and the space was not too dark, but not too bright. First, let me say I haven't even gone to these people and I'm already disappointed. I, like many others, purchased the GROUPON for the 60-minute massage they offered. My girlfriends and I thought it would be a perfect way to unwind after our stressful jobs. I called almost a month before I wanted to schedule the appointment...for whatever reason, Rita asked that I leave a message for Helen (the owner). Of course, Helen never called me back. But the date and time I desired was on the message. So fast forward...I'm out of town for a couple of weeks on business and when I get back I call again and Rita says I waited to long to schedule and others have the appointments I originally asked for and there is nothing they can do. Then of course, she says Helen will call me back (I held my breath). Helen did finally call back but all she said was I'd lost the appointments I'd asked for originally! Not even an apology. I'd rather chalk that $40 up as a loss, but my friends insist we go since we've already spent the money. I'll update on how great or lousy this pans out...I don't have high hopes. If you're trying to set up something for more than two people, do a wise thing and go someplace else...these folks have not been very professional! read more

Was going to buy a groupon for this place. Called and made an appointment and they told me not to buy the groupon and they would give me the price. Groupon was $44. They charged me $49. That's not really the problem. The lady who did my massage was super friendly and very nice to me. Which is why I was so reluctant to leave a bad review. I came in with pretty bad upper back/shoulder and neck pain. I told her this and I could tell she was trying to focus there. I would call the entire hour more of a back rubbing than massage. It was pretty clear she had no idea what she was doing. She didn't work any knots out. She didn't even notice them. Just rubbed up and down my back with her hand and forearm for most of the hour. It was relaxing I guess to just lay there. But it definitely wasn't a massage and wasn't why I went. It's a shame because the place is nice and the lady was super friendly. But I'm pretty confident she has never been trained. read more
