Three times I paid for 1 hour and after 45 minutes Amanda told me I'm gone and I was asked to leave. Also, during my time Amanda kept leaving the room to greet other customers. Horrible lady. 2) Lucy is also terrible. I paid for 1 hour. After 20 minutes Lucy said she was very tired and her legs were sore. Lucy did the full time but it was evident she didn't want to be there. If Lucy can't do her job she should not be working there. 3) This place is very dirty. During my time with Betty, there was a bad smell in the room, it smelled like rotton eggs in the room. The smell was so bad I couldn't stay the whole time, I called off the massage. I was in the room with the shower and the shower stall looked like it never been cleaned. Gross. I asked to talk to the owner about my concerns but the owner was too busy taking phone calls and looking after the schedule. I cannot recommend this place, I'm going somewhere else.

Upon entrance, I was greeted by the receptionist and filled out my health history form. I was actually surprised that they directly bill to insurance companies since many places do not directly bill, unless if it is a clinic. After filling out my forms, I was greeted by Karli Rose, and she lead me to the treatment room. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, giving me the relaxing feels like within a spa setting. Karli Rose did a thorough consult with me prior to the treatment. The massage itself was amazing. Karli Rose had the perfect medium-deep pressure during the massage. She allowed me to chit chat when I wanted, but also allowed me to be in my own silent space. I really enjoyed talking with her and getting to know her, especially since we had similar past experiences. Since this was my first appointment, I was able to receive the first-time price of $59.99. The receptionist mentioned the membership for future appointments, which I declined for now since I maxed out my benefits for the year, but have thought about it for next year when it resets. I told her I've been having severe sciatic back pain on my left side...she proceed to put pressure on the area and ask if I am comfortable with that strength. Mind you, even tho I was hurting, I was going to let her do her magic without me complaining. An hour later, she spent a good 5 - 10 to refocus on that area again before our time was up.
