I asked if I could get the flat replaced and a check on the other tires. Was told 3/4 tires were bad, the two front and one of the back tires. I requested for only the front 2 to be replaced. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for the price of the tires before installation and purchase. Once I came to pick up the car after the hour that they told me it would be ready, I was told the price was $240. What a ripoff! Found the same tires online for about $65. The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation.
