Within minutes people were walking in asking for alignments tire rotations and brake replacement. So word of advice get here early. I had been shopping around for new tires for a month. Nothing against America's Tires, Les Schwab or any other place I called. I know you guys have bills to pay, put paying $1k or more for tires I think I'll pass. I have bills to pay as well. I give this place one star because of the customer service. The lady is nice but she said my vehicle would be fixed by 5:30pm the same day I brought it in. So when we went back to pick it up they told us yes it's fixed and gave us the bill. After paying the $370 they told us its not fixed! (I even got a voicemail from them asking if i was able to pick it up before they close while I was at work). So they said they'd call when it's ready the next day. After being stuck at home waiting for their call I finally decided to call them after 4pm and I asked the lady if my vehicle was ready, she just replied with "oh yeah yeah it's been ready". All my tires were down to the tread indicators, mismatched and one was 11 years old. You could say I needed a full set BAD! I know good tires aren't cheap...but I'm a cheap person sooooo you could say I was looking for a good deal with reputable tire brands. I called 6 different shops around Merced, and Garza's was the only one who had my size in stock (205/50/15) with a brand I've heard of (Nankang) and at a price that fit my budget. I was in and out the door in less than an hour the next day with a full set of fresh tires mounted and balanced on my rims for $310. Don't know how this place is still in business, they messed up my car real bad and try to blame me for it. Like really, your people stripped the studs and the tire wasn't even the right size, it was too wide and scraping the fenders. After taking the car back to have them fix our stripped stud, they try to charge us. Then the lady finally agree to go ahead and replace it and have me sign a bs "contract" saying they are no longer liable for anything that's wrong with the car. This place over torqued the studs and will not take responsibility for their mistake. I now take my car to America's Tire, best price in town, better service and fast. I had a friend take her car there, messed up her car also. It cost more to fix their damage than to get tires there. So only go here if you are willing to take that chance of paying for the damage after getting your tires installed. read more

crooked trie shop not only did theu break the sensors in my tires denying they broke them then took my tire in yesterday for a flat sold me a used tires state they cant repair my original tire so ok sell me one then i leave the shop my car feeling bummpy figured it wasn't balanced bring it to another shop closer to home only for them to show me the tire had a bulge on it and i would have to buy yet another tire!! called gaza tire to explain to them they sold me a bad tire yesterday 10/6/2020 she said they can't do anything about it so they charge me $50 for it and now they dont wanna fix it and make it right!! do not ho there they will rip you off!!! customer service is shit!!! read more

But man they are so nice and friendly here and they sure do want to give you a good price for a good tire. I got a quote for two tires from this company and I was handed a calculator slip of paper with two prices for different kind of tires for our truck. So I asked them to order the tires that cost $217 total instead of $207, only $10 difference so I went with the higher price ones. Ordered over the phone and they asked for deposit, ok that's different but ok I put down $100. SO that was Wed then on Monday didn't hear anything from them if they were in or not. So call and was told no their not in we will call you, so I get call on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday I was able to get truck in to get tires put on. I go to pick up truck and ask about getting an alignment and they said ya we have to schedule an appointment for that ok, so its for next day. I come home and look at the tires and they put on the cheaper tires Westlake, but I paid the $217 tires which were Milestar/Westland. Ok whatever, so I go into alignment appointment on THurs and tell them look at my quote and you guys charged me for the higher price but I got the lower quote tires, so I ask..can I get that price difference off my alignement today. She says ok but we have to charge you $30 for an inspection before we do the alignment and IF there is anything wrong with it we will take that $30 off if you let us do the work. WHAT!!!???? I said nevermind and walked out and scheduled an appointment somewhere else where it will cost more but hopefully I get better service. read more
