Overall, the job was done very well, and we appreciate the quality of the work. Unfortunately, there was one issue that has left us disappointed. During the remodel, some scuffs were made to our walls. When their last worker was here (Jason), we mentioned it and asked that he let the owner (Bill Canale). He told us someone would be stopping by. I also made sure the final balance was paid at that time. However, we never heard back from them. We left a voicemail and a text message, and I even spoke with Bill's wife, who assured us someone would come by soon. Despite those efforts, no one followed up. I had expected a walkthrough from Bill to review the project and address the scuffs, but instead we've felt ignored. This experience has been very discouraging, especially after our previous positive interactions with Handy Tec. At this point, it's fair to say that we would not use their services again or recommend them to others. I wanted to share this with everyone shopping for a Handyman company, not out of anger, but in the hope that they take it seriously. Good work deserves recognition, but so does accountability. They kind of have this "we're the only game in town" air about them. They aren't big on customer service, and they tell YOU when they will be coming to service your stuff. Even with that, the few times I have used them, the tech they sent out was at least personable. The LAST dude they sent here was miserable. He knocked on the door, and when I opened it, he had an attitude about my fence being locked. (It's locked for this EXACT REASON: service people just open it and walk into my yard. I have 2 dogs that have gotten out TWICE before I added locks to the gates.) So, I unlock the gate and explain the situation to him. He drops a few F-bombs before getting to work. I go inside, and HAND TO GOD, MAYBE 10 minutes later, I look outside and he is gone! I literally thought he left to GET something, because there's no way he finished and left that quickly. So I go outside to check, and everything is unhooked, and yes, he is done and left. I check the controller module, and he left it on, and in the "run" position. Had I not checked, this thing would have been calling for the system to run all winter. The last tech turned it off and unplugged it, before putting the cable away. This dude just barely did anything, then pieced out, with the system still running zone 6. I was SO taken aback, I was like, "maybe they just decided to just leave, and not charge me." Nope. Like 3 days later, I get an invoice for $108 dollars. The ONLY reason I paid it is to have proof that they "winterized it," should the pipes freeze this winter and the system needs to be repaired. Since living here, I've learned that there ARE other lawn services, and I will 100% be utilizing them in the future. Never again for The Sprinkler Company. The only reason it isn't a 1 star is that the OTHER techs they sent the other times, were at least thorough.

Absolutely horrible! I don't even know where to begin! I had Nisha come to do a normal house…read morecleaning to fill in while my regular cleaning person was away. To say it was not satisfactory is an understatement. She was supposed to arrive at 9am, and texted me shortly before saying she had a flat tire, but would be able to get here by 11am. I'm not sure how she knew exactly how long it would take to get her tire repaired, but she did arrive right around 11am. She was here for barely an hour and a half to clean a 3 story townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The bathrooms looked like she poured cleaning solution in the toilets and that was all. The mirrors and floors were not cleaned, and honestly not sure about the vanities. The powder room was skipped over completely. Furniture was not dusted and area rugs were not vacuumed. In fact, she didn't even take out the vacuum cleaner at all. Windows and appliances were not cleaned. Honestly it looked as if no one had been here after she left. I paid her anyway and later texted her to thank her for coming, but let her know that I would not be having her come back. She didn't even respond. My husband was very annoyed and texted her to request a refund for the services she did not do. She quickly responded to him with an attitude. Never again! Terrible work and even worse customer service!
