Overall, the job was done very well, and we appreciate the quality of the work. Unfortunately, there was one issue that has left us disappointed. During the remodel, some scuffs were made to our walls. When their last worker was here (Jason), we mentioned it and asked that he let the owner (Bill Canale). He told us someone would be stopping by. I also made sure the final balance was paid at that time. However, we never heard back from them. We left a voicemail and a text message, and I even spoke with Bill's wife, who assured us someone would come by soon. Despite those efforts, no one followed up. I had expected a walkthrough from Bill to review the project and address the scuffs, but instead we've felt ignored. This experience has been very discouraging, especially after our previous positive interactions with Handy Tec. At this point, it's fair to say that we would not use their services again or recommend them to others.
