Remember this name and never go to do your taxes with her. You will be charged 100$ (what didn't seem to be so bad in the start), but then, she will constantly ignore your phone calls, never get back on your e-mail with an important update and when you finally get a chance to talk to her and ask her about this e-mail, she will answer "I forgot..." and then, hangup the phone. I needed to call they confirmed it was waiting to be picked up. When I arrived I asked to use the restroom and to my surprise I was denied access. I was going to purchase flights to Cuba for my wife and I at the time. Due to their refusal the use of the bathroom I decided not to purchase my flight and hotel accommodation.
