I made my appointment and found Dr. Kaplan to be very experienced and knowledgeable. He is also very easy to get along with and very compassionate. His office is immaculate! He explained everything very well and he is taking good care of my issues with my feet. After my sessions were done the doctor told me to come back in about a month and a half to get a touch up. The laser machine broke and I called every month to see when it would be fixed and eventually they told me just to stop calling and that they would call me because they didn't know if it would ever be fixed. I called multiple times to have them fix this situation and after waiting for a very long time I finally got in touch with one of the Dr's husbands who told me I am SOL. He said by policy they are not required to offer touch ups. Guess what! The laser didn't even work for me! It may as well been broke the whole time and I threw my money away. No refund. No offering to fix the situation. No nothing. I am so disappointed in the lack of Integrity of this company.

At 5:15pm I inquired form the receptionist as to when I would be seen as my appt was at 4:30pm. She very nonchalantly stated , "well, you're the last appointment." I again said my appt was at 4:30pm. No answer from her. I was not given a time frame as to when I would be taken. So I explained I would be leaving and again she stated "okay" I walked out. I worked in the medical field as an RN for years. If a doctor was delayed we would let the patients know and ask if they wanted to wait or reschedule. It was the patient option. This was a very poor first impression for a new patient. So while I understand Dr. Taormino is very good I will not return. Front desk staff actions and impressions are very important.
