However, after a few months all the tile started to crack, and we noticed more water damage. We called Restoration King and asked them to come take a look. It took several months for them to come back with several different employees giving different statements. Apparently, they have a higher turnover rate of employees because we talked to several different people. The manager said he would honor our contract and repair the damage. There was a demo team that came out to take out the damaged tile. However, they then decided that they would not honor the contract and complete the project. So, we once again have no shower! By the way they dropped the tile, and it went through our bathroom floor and damaged the kitchen ceiling. This company lacks integrity and have left us without a usable bathroom. The owner of the company has no respect for her customers and was less than helpful. Please do not use this company for any reason.

ery Disappointed With Progressive Insurance -- My Experience…read more I have been insured with several companies over the years, including American Family, Allstate, and State Farm, and I have never experienced anything like what I have experienced with Progressive. I was with Progressive for years without making a claim. At one point, I received a letter saying that because I had no accidents, I would receive a discount. Based on that, I lowered my deductible from $1,000 to $500. Unfortunately, after I was involved in an accident, my experience changed completely. I immediately contacted the police and Colorado State Patrol. Progressive then took approximately five weeks to complete its investigation before finally paying the claim. Even after the claim was approved, I felt that the repair costs were being reduced from every possible angle. The process became extremely frustrating, and I felt like I was being treated unfairly and not like a valued customer. I have also lost more than $3,500 in rental-car expenses during this process. It has now been about three months, and I am still dealing with what feels like unnecessary delays and difficulties. The adjusters I have dealt with include Ashley Gresham, Eric Sorensen, and Drew Callejon. In my experience, I felt that the claim was being handled in a way that minimized what Progressive had to pay rather than fairly resolving the situation. I also want to say that I felt I was treated differently and unfairly, and I am deeply concerned that race or ethnicity may have played a role in how I was treated. I cannot speak for everyone, but this was my personal experience, and it left me feeling like a second-class customer. After my experience, I would personally recommend that people carefully compare Progressive with other companies before choosing them. I have had much better experiences with State Farm, American Family, and Allstate. I am extremely disappointed with Progressive.
