Court documents and process is always confusing (atleast, for me it is) especially if I am not sure what the next steps are or best approach. Let me tell you, she was so sweet, caring, and literally listened to everything I expressed, and provided her input on how the paperwork and process works. From there, I was able to determine if I should just have the paperwork filed on my own or get a lawyer. Sometimes, depending on the scenario it may be best to just have a knowledgeable paralegal help you with the documents/paperwork filing than to go through a lawyer that will cost you way more.
