Do you guys do the Prop 19 paperwork? The one we're you get the parent's tax base (thus saving thousands of dollars on property taxes.) when the parent dies and the child inherits the PRIMARY residence that's located in the state of California? Or Do I need to get those forms from the Board of Equalization (Government website) myself. I know time is of the essence after the homeowner dies.
