I was looking for a florist to send flowers to a dear friend of mine who just had surgery. I have never sent flowers to someone near the cape so I didn't know which florist company to you so I went to yelp. I noticed this company had great reviews and called them. They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request. The person I spoke with was delightful. I explained to her what type of flowers I was looking for over the phone and when I got the picture I couldn't be happier with the results. My friend loved the flowers as well. I really like that they send you a copy of the delivery confirmation as well as a picture of the flowers. Great service all around! Next time I need to send flowers near the Hyannis area I know exactly where to call. You should do the same! This place is well deserving of the 5 stars! read more

Very hard to get in touch with- voicemail full. Had to call, email and message on Instagram and finally got through. I emailed them a pic from their own Instagram page asking for a floral arrangement to be similar in color and style. I was charged, but then heard nothing so I called again. They said they were waiting on a floral delivery. The flowers were delivered and although the arrangement looked ok, it was NOTHING like I had asked for. I even showed them a pic AND emailed them what I wanted. I was very disappointed. So I emailed them explaining that I was disappointed and they NEVER even replied! I always love giving referrals but I will never recommend them or use them again. read more

I wanted a local florist to deliver an arrangement to my mother on Mother's day. I chose MP Florals in Hyannis. I called several days prior and paid for the order via phone, and explained what i wanted in detail. The Owner said "would it be ok that the arrangement was delivered any day between now and Sunday". It arrived at 6 pm Mother's day and looked like a mish-mosh of flowers nothing like I described. Do Not Use MP Florals they are a Big Disappointment! read more

Ordered flowers on behalf of a friend who had a stroke to thank his sister on the one year anniversary and heard NOTHING from the company. I paid in advance and it wasn't until I reported a fraud to the credit card a week later that I was ultimately credited back after phone and email messages to MP Florals went unanswered. Really? Not a word? I ordered two larger items last year when my friend had the stroke. Both were delayed but lovely. I feel I deserved much better service and at least a direct word from the vendor who left me hanging. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was extraordinariliy frustrating as we waited to hear whether anything had been delivered. read more

My sister ordered flowers at MP Florist to be delivered to me following surgery. These flowers were never delivered. Multiple calls to them have gone to voicemail with no call back. Similarly, an email to them has gone unanswered. So after 12 days, this order has not been filled. This is HORRIBLE business practice. Oh my goodness what a beauty! My spouse is spending the holidays in hospital and I sent the Christmas tree arrangement. I chose the 18" and it's fuller than expected and absolutely beautiful. Corie (spelling?) called to update me on delivery and was so friendly (and actually helped me with some reassurance about something I had been concerned about for my spouse - thank you). The gift shop at Cape Cod Hospital recommended this florist for a more extensive selection. I phoned them in the morning and the staff person was very friendly, efficient and guaranteed an afternoon delivery to the hospital.
