I went to the counter to ask to buy it even though I knew it was not an item of their inventory. I was asked to show the salesperson where I found it, and as I showed her she said, "oh just take it, it's not worth anything and we have plenty of them, just take it!" That kind of understanding of the customer and her needs is the most valuable skill ! I shall be back tomorrow and from now on and I will be BuYIiNG! Make sure you keep track of what they ring up. If one of their "good" employees doesn't know the difference between a perennial and an herb, what are the others charging you for?
