This is a quiet location. The staff is pretty friendly and they serve the food at a decent amount of time it's not a super long wait. This location has been around probably over a year now, and it seems there's a fair bit of variation amongst locations in this chain. For starters - it can be confusing just getting its name straight because, Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen is apparently different from Paramount Lebanese Kitchen, both of which are under Paramount Fine Foods - something I didn't even know till I hunkered down to write this review! The part I learned during our first experience with this location, is that the menu varies depending on which one. We were familiar with the food court location in the Humber - Keele site hospital and my daughter wanted a falafel main - but you can't get a falafel main when you order online for this location. We eventually figured this out while trying to place an online order for pickup, but abandoned doing that when I decided to call the restaurant instead so that we could get clarification and place an order as close as possible to a falafel main. When I spoke to the staff on the phone at the restaurant, they helped put together the order my daughter wanted. I ordered an extra side of pita bread to make up for the lack of combo option. The rest of our order was a bbq beef main and a lamb chops main. Hub went to collect the order. The store is situated along Hwy 7 and parking is .. questionable. We didn't know what the deal would be having to go into the enclosed parking to access the store from inside the complex, and when I asked the staff at the restaurant, the answer was that it's validated parking. He decided to park across the street in the strip plaza rather than deal with finding the complex entrance, then finding his way to the store, etc. The food was all good - the pita bread portions were generous, all of our food was properly prepared and cooked. My daughter was able to get a leftovers-lunch out of her custom combination, although I would rather we had been able to get the combo the way it's available at other locations. Also, the staff decided to discount the order "this one time" so, I'd be even less likely to go with trying to order for the family here again. Maybe someday when I'm actually walking past on Hwy 7, I'd go in for a solo experience post-COVID and try lunch on my own. read more

A few of us decided to eat at this relatively new restaurant. The place is bright, clean and the service was efficient and friendly. We all had the same selection for lunch. First of all the home made pita bread was amazing, nice and warm and irresistible. The appetizers consisted of lentil soup made with fresh vegetables and spices. Concurrent to this we savored the delicious manakeesh made with zaatar. We all totally enjoyed the vegetable option shawarma with plant based options, pickles, onions , parsley, garlic and spices. What a treat! The food here is pretty close to authentic and it is worth the visit. read more

Pretty bad location compared to the rest of the franchise. Starting by calling them for three days straight (during business house), after about 10 phone calls they pick up, very rude on the phone while taking my order. I order my typical meals from Paramount and I also wanted to try the fried chicken new brand they're now promoting, placed my order and was told to pick up at a specific time, only to get there and having to wait in my car for 35 more minutes for my chicken, so much for a fast curb-side pickup. This franchise have gone downhill except for a couple locations on the toronto side. read more

Their food is always fresh and tasty, the service is usually top notch and the saje is probably the best shawarma you can get! Love that it's cut into pieces and put on the grill to make it crispy! The three dips are always a go to for us as a starter, and the spicy potatoes were quite tasty, though not spicy enough! The veggie mashrooha (pizza) is always consistently delicious at various Paramount locations, including this one. Their wraps, kabob and falafel are amazing as well! Authentic Lebanese food! My husband and I always always order a Yallah Special. It is basically an Arabic Poutine with fries as base, topped with Chicken Shawarma and oodles of Tahini and Garlic sauce. It is a pretty good deal for the price and I can never finish it by myself. It is an appetizer but we make it our main meal along with creamy and thick Hummus and freshly baked complimentary Pita. Overly priced, 27 $ for chicken and rice and that's not all; the chicken wasn't grilled as advertised (Shish tawouk) I saw the "chef" putting it in the oven and I asked him, he replied ' we cook it in the oven for a bit then we grill it but when he took out it was fully cooked...! New location located at the north east corner of Hwy 7 and Weston Rd. Decided to give it a try for dinner on a Friday night. The experience was just ok. The food was good but the service was not the greatest. They did not have enough staff to cover all the tables so our server was overwhelmed. She appeared to be the only server. As a result she was very scattered and forgetful. It was a bit frustrating at times but we gave her the benefit of the doubt as it was not her fault and she was friendly. For food decided to go for the mixed grill which consists of three skewers of beef tenderloin, shish tawouk (chicken breast) and Kafka( ground beef) with a side of rice, hummus and pita bread. It all tasted very good. The skewers were nicely cooked. The menu had many good options to choose from. Hopefully they can work on their service issues as it's a nice spot in a great location. read more
