Strongly not recommending to anyone! Providence Roofing replaced my roof at August 2025. They…read morefailed to install step flashing underneath the dormer where the roof transition to wall. They also installed the ridge cap/vent inproperly on the the front right dormer. and there are more issues that i dont even want to list here. Providence knows exactly what they did - I had a hole in my roof caused by craftmanship defect. They refused to to fix it. Then the rain came, and water poured straight through that hole. I had to call another roofer for emergency mitigation, and I explained what happened. That roofer contacted Providence, and only then did Providence come back out to "fix" the problem they caused. Guess what? They fixed the problems that were visible, but they did NOT fix the actual roof hole or the underlying workmanship defects. They only stopped the water temporarily, without addressing the real issue. The structural vulerability remained, the decking was still comromised, and the original installtion errors were still sitting under their path job. Run!!!

I contacted Pedro the owner of the company about a roof inspection for a client of mine. We…read morescheduled a time to meet so that I could provide access. I confirmed the day and time twice. On the day of the inspection he was a no call no show, even after I called three times and texted to confirm he would be there. Finally he called an unapologetically cancelled despite the fact that my client had driven two hours to be there and I had driven over an hour. He waited until 30 minutes after the scheduled time to return my calls to cancel and then proceeded to reschedule for four hours later than originally planned. I made arrangements for another broker to meet him and for my clients to leave, kill 4 hours and then come back. One hour later he called back to cancel again and berated me for not asking more questions or having more concern for his personal problems, which was so outside the scope of anything sane that I can't even begin to describe how dumb this person must be. After informing him of what a lousy experience this was, he told me he would do me a favor and show up anyway. I told him what he could do with his "favor". What an absolute joke of a company and straight from the owner himself. Absolute clown.
