Despite repeated assurances, these items remain unfinished. The company also represented that they would assist with maintaining and ensuring the proper operation of the pool system. While Steven did acknowledge responsibility to keep the pool clean until they could fix the problems ...the pool turning green, my concerns about the liner being wrinkled, the salt fuse not being repaired and the pipe not being buried, my concerns were addressed in an unprofessional manner and never fixed. Rather than working collaboratively toward a resolution, the owner Mark communicated with me in a rude and disrespectful way, including raising his voice during discussions about the situation. Prior, communication and follow-up have been lacking. Despite multiple text messages and attempts to obtain updates regarding the unfinished work, I have not received adequate responses or a clear plan for completion. My concern is not only the unfinished work but also the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to follow through on commitments that were made.
