The refund I was asking for on a £40 meal was only £12.10. I would not go to this place at all, they can't cook food it's awful that's why I requested a partial refund in the first place. The wait times are insane, waiter service is abysmal. Their staff are very unprofessional, that member of staff who was about to attack me was very shocked when I defended myself and I dare to think what he would have done to me if I had not any self-defence training, he was much larger than me and very athletic build dare I say more... To put this into context I am 5"5 and built like a twig you could put your thumb and index finger around my wrist and make them touch with ease...
