Bad experience. My son began projectile vomiting and acting like he was going to pass out when we were driving, and we took him here because there isn't an ER nearby and he'd been here once before. I gave them my ID and insurance card, sat down, and they called me up after about 10 min to inform me they no longer take my insurance (even though they did 2 months ago). The two women were smirking like they thought it was funny, and she just shrugged her shoulders like she couldn't care less. Then, she said she'd already given me back my ID when I asked for it back. I want to Thank The Dr And the Staff for a Dr visit in a time of true need. After Being in the ICU at the Hospital for 4 days, having my PCP retire. I called every one, My Ins company told me to come here and I have taken my son before. So many Drs forget that we are humans, here on the other hand, to me your treated just like you should be. onw of the male doctors ran a test against my consent after i told them not to. they didn't send me ant results and rhen i got a letter in the maik sayi that i needed to pay for the test. i talked with one of rhe people in chatge of rhe practice and he said that this is normal. he then said there is nothing else for him to do and that he will only talk with the doctor to see if he remembers and nothing else. read more

This was absolutely the worst experience that I have had at a doctor's office. The front desk staff and receptionist behind the front desk staff were very rude. They gave me paperwork that took almost an hour to complete and after 3 hours informed me that they didn't know how much longer it would take since they had to enter the paperwork? Really? How long could it take to enter in paperwork. Patients came in and out before we were seen because she said that it was different for those that were involved in automobile accidents. Bilingual if you need it, friendly walk in service. Have gone twice in two years when I can't beat a sinus infection on my own. What I like is that they offered to send off my Rx or dispense it right there. I took them up on their instant dispense so I could just go home and rest. Not having to fight Walmart or wait an hour to get it filled was great. It's a busy place in the morning, next time I would probably just shoot for around 10 or 10:30 since there were a lot in the waiting room at 9:30 and earlier. It's that time of year. But they did a good job seeing everyone. Will definitely be back the next time the bug gets me again. read more

The paramedic Sweetmarie was a total sweetheart and professional assuring me I was in great hands. The PA Wayne Hall was diagnosed me quick and treated me like family. One word: incompetent. I don't think they understand what urgency means there were three people ahead of us and we waited an hour and a half to be seen. Once we finally got in a room we saw the doctor for all of 2 minutes. Needed to go back today to have paperwork filled out and its been 11 hours and they still haven't completed it. Called after seven and a half hours for them to very rudely tell me they would call me when it was done. Well they didn't call me so I went back at 7:30pm for them to be closed even though their sign says they are open until 8pm. Then they tell me that I'm lucky they were still there. Very dissatisfied! Was on vacation from Canada and my 8 month old daughter got an eye infection. Clinic was busy, waited about an hour and a half, but staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor was great with my daughter and we were able to get her prescription filled there. read more

I went in with a migraine when I couldn't get into my regular Dr. And my medication wasn't working. They took great care of me and were all very kind. Dr. Urbina was so very nice. She greeted me at the door after they called me back and asked if I was OK and told me not to worry because they would get me fixed up. They gave me shots for my pain and nausea and prescriptions for another migraine medicine. They saved me from another miserable 4 day migraine. I honestly am not treated this good at my own Dr. I wish she would go into private practice. I would definitely be a patient. The office staff was professional and kind as well. They went above and beyond, even helping clean up a little girl who got sick in the car. read more

I paid this company in full via my credit card when I visited there on vacation in December 2010. They waited more than three months to send send the bill into my insurance company who paid them in full again in late March. They have yet to issue me a credit after I called them in March. They received their agreed payment in full via my insurance company. If you are in the Orlando area and need to see a Dr. It's best to avoid them! RIPOFF!!!!! read more

A bit of a wait but it looked like they were having to transport someone to the hospital when I arrived. I was suffering from food poisoning, after a little wait for the emergency they had me back in the examination room. Quickly checked vitals and the Dr was in within 15 minutes. Gave me an injection for the symptoms and called in a prescription. Friendly and efficient and I was feeling much better within a half hour or so after being seen. read more

This place was great. The staff was professional and friendly. We went in on a holiday weekend on our vacation expecting for the room to be full. They shuffled us In and out in an orderly fashion addressed our issues and sent us on our way. We were done within an hour. These guys were great. My mother fell and hurt her ribs. The doctor spent lots of time with us and reassured her that it while it would be painful, it would heal. He advised against spending money on a x-ray. Total cost was $120 for the visit and my mother was able to relax that there was nothing serious. We were in and out quickly, although there were not that many people waiting. read more

It's been over a week and I have yet to get my results back (routine test) and no one will give me an update and gives me attitude when I call to follow up. It you want to be treated like dirt by staff go to the Clermont location next to Walmart otherwise stay away....did not x-ray my 2 year olds lower leg when taking her in after a bad fall just her knee and when I found out after 5 days of her still putting no weight on her leg and asked why it wasn't done I was spoken to like dirt by the reception staff and told the doctor would call me back but I was not a priority he would get around to it whenever...no care for the patient just the money read more

Make sure that when you use Paramount Urgent Care you know that they use doctors that are not in your insurance plan causing you to receive a large medical bill. It doesn't matter that insurance information is on file! The patient should be notified first . Why give insurance information? read more

The nurses were pleasant and professional, but the doctor was rude, dismissive, and short. And unprofessional. Over all, .bad bedside manner. I have never had a doctor talk to me the way he did. I will never ever go to a paramount urgent care again. If you're in the area, there is a different urgent care less than two miles north near Wendy's. Avoid this one. read more
