I called later that day to see if the equipment was available for me to pick up. "Oh, we do not have any available pulse oximeters today we will call you when one is returned tomorrow morning." Nicole told me she would pass my message/concern on to Nate her manager. The next day I never received a call. The Care Manager from Huntsman called me to follow up why there were no results in my record. I explained I had NEVER received a call to get the equipment!
