Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Unlike other providers, they are straightforward and do not offer a bunch of other unnecessary add ons. Their goal was to provide a quality and cost effective finished product. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. Outstanding product and service! We called Parco to install exterior lights in an otherwise dark and dreary entryway. Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. I would give Parco six stars if I could. First of all, because they called me this morning and said words I haven't heard since before Hurricane Harvey: "we're ahead of schedule, can we come now?" Then they got here, four people, and got busy right away doing everything on my list: replacing GFCIs, running new 220 for an oven, replacing exterior outlets. Wayne had to run to the store to pick up a piece of wire they didn't have (old house with weird wire) and while he was gone, T asked if he could help me replace outlets until Wayne got back. Now for the true confessions part of the review: I didn't have flood insurance so I'm doing a lot of things myself. Today that means removing and replacing all of my electrical outlets. Obviously I'm not really good at that so it takes me about an hour per outlet. During the 15 minutes Wayne was gone, I installed about a half an outlet...T did 4 and had started on a 5th. Anyway. They finished up in short order and were getting ready to leave when Wayne took pity on this old lady and gave me some invaluable tips and pointers to help speed me up a bit. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. So hire them: you'll be happy you did!!! read more

I had an electrical outlet installed outside in my patio on 3/19/2015. The crew called to let me know they could be at my house earlier than my scheduled appointment and were about 10-15 minutes away. They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. They introduced themselves and confirmed the project to be completed. They removed their shoes upon entry. I showed them the project area and they explained the process before they started working. It took them approximately 45 minutes to complete the installation. The outlet was installed in the ceiling of the patio and looks great. It functions as it should. Everything was picked up and throw away. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using Parco electric for any electrical projects you have. read more

We just moved into a house that had a myriad of small electrical issues that were found upon inspection-- the scariest of which being the face that our in-ground pool was not grounded-- YIKES! Our other electrician we had gotten an estimate from fell through, and Aaron was able to look at our inspection and give us a full e-mail report and estimate based on the findings. We could tell from this explanation of problems how honest Parco Electric is. Aaron didn't hesitate to tell us that some of the issues were non-essential to fix and not worth spending money on. The estimate was very reasonable, and within a week, his crew came out (On a Saturday!) to get us sorted out. As further proof of their honesty, some of the issues listed ended up being much smaller once the crew saw them in person, and the cost of the total fix ended up being $400 less than the original estimate! For some reason electricians are hard to come by, wife and I had just bought a double oven and above micro wave, which to our surprise after pulling out our 30 yrs old oven out didn't have an outlet for micro wave and installers due to arrive on Friday. My wife found Parco Electric on yelp wednesday, I called them they were able to work me in on the same day, called prior to arrival, on time, and had the work completed shortly afterwards, cleaned up the mess, did a great job, at a resonable rate.
