Hailee has serious chops--professional training, Four Seasons experience, and as a private chef and caterer in Manhattan. We have ordered Hailee's doorstep delivery meals every week for a year and a half. Her French and Italian can hang with top, local restaurants. Fresh lamb, chicken, beef, salmon, cod. Her sauces and pasta are excellent. Her vegetables often steal the show. Her salad dressings--roasted balsamic tomato vinaigrette, caesar, ranch--are find-something-in-the-fridge-to-dip good. Soups are excellent--light yet flavorful. She also prepares greek, spanish, asian and mexican, all of which are excellent restaurant quality. And rarely is her cooking heavy. Its seasoned for flavor and properly prepared. If she makes salmon, you will taste salmon. If she makes brussels sprouts, you will taste brussels sprouts. Plus, its delivered to our door at the beginning of the week. No more dinner-planning. A high-quality dinner is served after heating in the microwave or toaster oven. Oh, and her quiches, her quiches! On our rare returns to restaurants, we often try a dish and say, "ya, it's good. But Hailee's is better."

I got there at 9:00 the first morning, which is time it says they open, only to told all the seconds had already been bought. So, try again. Got there at 8:50 and they were open with one customer again buying ALL the peach seconds. I told the lady working that I thought they should set a limit on how many of them one person can buy at one time. The one customer ahead of me had to have bought two bushels of seconds. That's not fair to other customers.
