This is after I told him that seven brew gives you a birthday drink if you show your id. He asked for his and the barista said and I quote " yeah you don't have one ". My husband said okay no big deal just my wife's usual then. Which is a Large Iced Mocha with almond milk , salted caramel and hazelnut. Several cars received their order behind mine but unfortunately that has become the normal for this stand so it didn't phase me much. Moving on to receiving my coffee , the barista that made it had made a medium instead of a large. The barista working the lane told her it was supposed to be a medium and sent it back to her. For that I am thankful. Here's where things go terribly wrong I don't pay almost $7 for a coffee to receive the absolute crap I did yesterday. The barista making my coffee then proceeded to dump the medium into a large cup and then top it off with milk and flavor. Great . Thanks alot I have a milky medium watered down drink in a large cup. Then to top it all off she didn't even take the time to mix it . I had to pull over and finish preparing my own drink all while convincing my husband that this stand wasn't worth the effort on his birthday and that I would handle this situation first thing in the morning. The drink was so poorly made I had a half white and half chocolate drink. You can clearly see what happened . I PAID FOR A LARGE WITH 4 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO. I RECIEVED A MEDIUM WITH EXTRA CRAP IN IT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A LARGE. I HAVE BEEN A DAILY CUSTOMER OF YOUR HARRISON , ARKANSAS STAND AND THEN ONCE MOVED HERE , I AM A DAILY CUSTOMER OF YOUR SIKESTON, MISSOURI STAND. I AM THIS COMPANYS WORST SPOKESPERSON. I HAVE EMAILED YOU SEVERAL TIMES OF POOR EXPERIENCES , AND RECENTLY EMAILED JUST TO BRAG ON A SPECIFIC WORKER. I WILL NOT STOP SPREADING THE WORD ON EVERY LOCAL MEDIA SOURCE AND REVIEW OPPORTUNITY I HAVE WHAT A TERRIBLY MANAGED STAND AND COMPANY THIS IS . NO , I DO NOT WANT A COUPON .
