I got the chicken pesto flatbread and it was delicious! I really loved the bread. Crispy and warm outside and soft inside. The chicken had a good flavor. While there are other places similar to here in Paducah, I like supporting small businesses so obviously I came here! It's in the back of a health store which resembles a pharmacy and they have about 8 different flavors of smoothies and juices to choose from. All made in front of you with fresh ingredients. The Smoothies are deliciously crafted and offer different benefits and combinations. I liked that some were coconut water based, others almond milk and other juice based. Two sizes were offered and presented in recyclable cups. I felt the super large circumference of the straws was a bit tacky and sorta against the natural way of living since straws are unnecessary plastic but also kinda essential for a thick smoothie. Customer service here is not just bad--it's nonexistent. To make matters worse, some of their items on the menu were awfully unpleasant to the tongue. Which honestly isn't surprising given the conditions of the place. After seeing how dirty everything was, I completely lost my appetite and couldn't even bring myself to take more than one bite. This restaurant is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business. If you value cleanliness, basic respect, or your health, do yourself a favor and stay far away. I wouldn't come back if they paid me.

More on my opinion on the latte in a minute. The bakery is in another room and they had a large variety of pastries that are prepared in the building. I ordered an Apple fritter, a chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing. My wife ordered a sour cream donut plus a lemon blueberry muffin. The Apple fritter was delicious with nice chunks of apple. One of the best I've ever had. So, after a bite of it, I gave my wife the caramel latte and ordered a black coffee. The sweetness of the fritter with the latte simply doesn't mix well IMO. The drink I had of the latte was really good but of course, I preferred a black coffee with the fritter. My wife loved the sour cream donut and thought it was better than our local donut shop we frequent that has her favorite sour cream donut. We saved the other two for the next day. So, no reviews for those two. This is a great local coffee shop with great products, great variety, and fantastic customer service. Their bakery stands out the most to me, pastries and cakes are the best in all of the area. Staff are always super friendly and offer suggestions. We always make sure to have time to shop the gift shop side, great place to find unique little gifts.
