Yesterday was my husband's birthday .... Stopped by to get my daily coffee and my husband was going to indulge in a coffee as well. This is after I told him that seven brew gives you a birthday drink if you show your id. He asked for his and the barista said and I quote " yeah you don't have one ". My husband said okay no big deal just my wife's usual then. Which is a Large Iced Mocha with almond milk , salted caramel and hazelnut. Several cars received their order behind mine but unfortunately that has become the normal for this stand so it didn't phase me much. Moving on to receiving my coffee , the barista that made it had made a medium instead of a large. The barista working the lane told her it was supposed to be a medium and sent it back to her. For that I am thankful. Here's where things go terribly wrong I don't pay almost $7 for a coffee to receive the absolute crap I did yesterday. The barista making my coffee then proceeded to dump the medium into a large cup and then top it off with milk and flavor. Great . Thanks alot I have a milky medium watered down drink in a large cup. Then to top it all off she didn't even take the time to mix it . I had to pull over and finish preparing my own drink all while convincing my husband that this stand wasn't worth the effort on his birthday and that I would handle this situation first thing in the morning. The drink was so poorly made I had a half white and half chocolate drink. You can clearly see what happened . I PAID FOR A LARGE WITH 4 SHOTS OF ESPRESSO. I RECIEVED A MEDIUM WITH EXTRA CRAP IN IT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A LARGE. I HAVE BEEN A DAILY CUSTOMER OF YOUR HARRISON , ARKANSAS STAND AND THEN ONCE MOVED HERE , I AM A DAILY CUSTOMER OF YOUR SIKESTON, MISSOURI STAND. I AM THIS COMPANYS WORST SPOKESPERSON. I HAVE EMAILED YOU SEVERAL TIMES OF POOR EXPERIENCES , AND RECENTLY EMAILED JUST TO BRAG ON A SPECIFIC WORKER. Pull on up to your new favorite coffee place Sikeston! I have been a HUGE Supporter of 7Brew the past month and I have been trying all the 7Brews on try road-trips that I can. the manager is awful to customers and staff. She should be sued for unlawful firing according to past workers. Shes ruined the place. I miss the original workers, always greeted with a smile, good vibes and seemed like close co worker relationships. Even some of my favorite workers were fire or pushed to the point of quitting. Dont go here unless you want a bunch of rude new, and demening workers. I miss old workers!! look how bad the reviews have gotten since new management. DO BETTER!! read more

I am writing to address an ongoing issue with Courtney's conduct toward customers. Her attitude consistently comes across as negative and unprofessional, and she often does not engage with customers at all. Interactions feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming, which is not what people expect when visiting this business. On a recent visit, I had an issue with my drink and asked to speak with a manager. I waited for about 30 minutes, but instead of a manager coming out, another employee was sent, and Courtney remained sitting down and did not acknowledge or assist with the situation. This gave the impression that customer concerns were not being taken seriously. This does not feel like a one time situation. It has become something customers notice and talk about, and it is starting to affect how people view this location. When an employee does not communicate or engage with customers, it creates a negative environment. I hope management takes a closer look at this, as experiences like this can quickly impact whether customers choose to return. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! I'm not even a coffee drinker, but I highly recommend the Strawberry Smoothie and the Dragon's Blood Lemonade--so good! The team taking orders is phenomenal--super friendly and upbeat. And the vibe? Just awesome. I've never been to a drive-thru that's pumping music at 6:00AM! We had a terrible experience. We were scolded by the lady taking our order (her name is jasmine), for one of the passengers getting out and talking to their friend while in line. She claimed that he was being a 'distraction' to the workers, and that he messed up multiple drinks because of it. She was not the lead shift, therefore had no authority to scold us in the first place. On top of this entire experience, she blamed her scolding us on her 'having a bad day', which is unacceptable and a terrible way to treat your customers. read more
